Close and restart the Stream app on iPhone
Update Stream app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stream iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Stream network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Stream app issues:

Force Stop the Stream App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Stream app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Stream to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stream App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Stream app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Stream.

Fix Stream unable to contact server/ Stream internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Stream » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Stream » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stream on android.
