I setup a video appointment for an urgent matter with my doctor, and logged in to the “waiting room” 10 minutes before the appointment and took pictures and typed my issue in מאוחדת . I then waited for the doctor to appear, 40 minutes later I got a text saying the doctor was waiting, I then tried working with מאוחדת and it was frozen. I killed מאוחדת and went back in and the appointment was gone.

The doctor did not call, he just dropped it. I called the branch and they sent a message to the doctor who didn’t respond. The next day I made a telephone appointment with the doctor for 11 I didn’t get a call so I called the branch at 11:40 and they said they’ll get the doc the message, got a call from the branch 30 minutes later saying hold on for tre Doctor, just heard elevator music until a secretary picked up and said the doctor will call. I finally got a call from the doctor at 2:20 pm.

הגירסה הישנה פעלה מצוין. הגירסה החדשה לא פועלת כלל. יש לחזור לגירסה הישנה

האפליקציה הקודמת היתה פי אלף יותר טובה ונגישה. מזעזע!!

מחקתי והורדתי שוב. עדיין לא יכולה להכנס

חברה תתחילו לסגור את הפינות. למה אנחנו חייבים לנחש איפה כל דבר נמצא. ואם כבר הפעלתם זיהוי פנים או אצבע עדיף שלא יחזיר לי סיסמא שגויה ואז אני חייב למחוק את האפליקציה רק כדי לאפס אותה.

אפליקציה לא מגיבה תקועה במסך של login, לא מאפשרת להזין פרטים שלי

ישום גרוע מאד. מתרסק כל הזמן. לא ידידותי ולא נגיש. החזירו לנו את הישום הקודם.

Keeps crashing when I sign in.

Booking appointments and choosing times rarely works

Even the old app was better! I cannot for the life of me make an appointment through this “updated” app. It glitches, has bugs and crashes. A real disaster.

Getting blood results for a specific date it seems that I need to touch on each test as opposed to seeing all the results on 1 page.
Previous version was definitely a better user experience for me.

Always crashes

You can do a lot on מאוחדת . It’s not like the best app ever but it does have a lot.

I can’t even log on to check blood tests. This is not the first time that מאוחדת either won’t respond or will just spot me out of my account. Pretty bad

I have had no crashes. There are some annoying things: when a field requires numbers, it wakes up with the keyboard on letters; there seems to be no list of previous appointments, with a shortcut to make a new one; there seems to be no way to leave a message for one’s doctor.
