Do not download this game. I did to get points for my Fetch App. After the promotion expired I contacted Babel Games to get my personal data deleted and to delete my game.

They gave me such a hard time deleting, almost refusing to let me delete it. Broken English and everything. They asked me to verify things that I had no clue on because they do not provide action receipts.
Once through that nightmare they told me I had to wait 7 days so I could change my mind. They asked me for my email and said they would email me after 7 days to that email which they did not do. They only messaged me within TheGrandFrontier .

They then proceeded to tell me that the deletion of my information would take months and goodbye. This all took 3 weeks.

Absolutely ridiculous.

The game glitches a lot, Babil does not stand behind their mistakes at all. The game glitches and can cost you hundreds to thousands of dollars and the customer service reps say it’s your fault. I have an Iron Blood 2 base and last server war the game dropped a 7 day shield on day 2. Contacted Basil Support and they said it was my fault. I was not even online at the time. I do not recommend this game to anyone nor do I recommend any of their games after dealing with them. It would be nice to copy and paste their response for you to read. I asked for documentation of the glitch and they refused to give me that. Caution and Beware they will take your money and do not care about consumers.

This game is designed to rip you off. They get you to build your accounts by spending money. Then they have server wars and let developers play that have unlimited power that zeros everyone. To get you to spend more money. Servers that are Arabs get twice as much in there packs, than anyone else. You let them know about problems they do nothing about it. You can even send proof with screenshots, and still nothing. Best advice stay away from it.

Being playing this game on and of for 4 years and have had nothing but issues they want you to spend money but the keep you in a server with Six players who the heck we gonna fight

Server 384 needs a merger and we are all not spending until we get a merger like you guys promised how we gonna keep playing in a dead server please explain this in your response 👍

No one on the server will spend until we get what was promised and date set but always excuses

Another game controlled by wallet warriors. Very anti American. If you admit your American you will be called a dog, pig or monkey. They game appears to be controlled by people of political or religious power. They expect you to be there subjects. If you don’t submit you must be driven from the game. People with names like Issis and Taliban. When ready to quit posted an Avitar with an Israeli flag. I had people from a dozen servers coming after me and non stop insults. Meanwhile being told if I use unkind words I will be driven from the game. Unless you have hundreds of dollars to burn daily not worth you time.

The game in itself is cool, fun to play. If you want to spend money in the game, it's at your own risk. The developers only care about profits! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Robotic replies to your questions and/or complaints. They truly don't care about you, no matter how much money you've spent on the game. This game used to be loads of fun, now not so much. They just want to see you spend, spend, spend! This could have been a huge game. Whoever is in charge should be fired, ruining the game.

Yo I really thought this was a cool game sep 16 I was hit by a drunk driver. I found this game and it was amazing however all of a sudden now I’m unable to get on. It never makes it past the loading screen. I was on this game day and night every day as this is how I past my time.
I’m so disappointed at first I thought the game was down for maintenance then I told a friend of mine about the game and they have been playing for the last couple of days. I reached out to support but no answer. I’ve come to the new conclusion... it was a total waste of my time. Thanks for nothing

Although the game is good I have to agree with the issue of not letting people on at least once a week game has to be deleted and reinstalled. A yet bigger issue in the fame is the racism against Americans I was told in game they (middle easterners) hate americans and we will be killed and run out of the game sad really. I contacted developer and they tell me just block them that is not the solution imo when you have half a server with this mindset.

Unless you are of arab descent I do not recommend this game, there is a huge amount of racism in this game against westerners. It is incredible that developers have done nothing about it. In our server we have a developer playing caught in a voice message saying what was going to happen before it did. I didnt believe it at first until everything he said came true so unless he is psychic it is a very unfair playing field. I think apple should make this game available to arabs only as some of them have stated it is an arab game and american are not allowed

I have approached Babil games to delete my Data three times. You start on their website and give them you game name and ID number than you receive an email in which they ask the same questions again . They also ask what your issue is . I politely replied with the info again and expressed that there was no issue with the game . My second email is always that the Ticket was closed . I also have another player in the game which I can’t access via facebook anymore. Like
baby reindeer they just don’t let go of you .They are not helpful.
Terrible

I am gutted that I lost my account Spirit Raven after reaching level 12. It was bound to my Facebook account. I honestly don't know how it became unbound as I did not try to create any other accounts. I wrote to the "Contact Us" in the game and no response. I didn't even get a message asking me to give them time to resolve the problem. It's very disheartening to keep playing this game after putting so much time into it. I spent a whole day upgrading that account and it simply vanished. That is why I gave you a one star rating. I've done nothing wrong to warrant losing my Spirit Raven account and I would like it back. I'm going to give it 24 hours before quitting and uninstalling this game for good. You have a good game going, but these problems of vanishing accounts will chase people away.

Update: I get an email stating to contact Tech Support after I posted the review about how bad Tech Support is? What a vicious cycle they run you through!

Developer pushes update day before they are off for 2 says so when the update glitches you are stuck until they are back. Then they recommend clearing cache, when that doesn’t work to fix the glitch they then recommend deleting and reinstalling, well that didn’t work. Now they say it’s not a glitch and the issue is normal? The glitch requires me to use very valuable resources to regain exclusive troops with one of the officers that was at a 100% prior to the crap update. They can’t fix it so they say it’s normal? Joke and I won’t spend a dime if they can’t recognize their own issues and blame the gamer instead of just fixing the issue.

So someone bonded there account with mine and I sent message they asked for pics to see if it was my base the person who was bonded in my base used billions of rss that I paid for and my upgrade card and they didn’t give me anything back they told me to make a new fb and anew account and they will take care of it and as I’m doing it I bonded my brothers base to the new base I’m asking for help and I’m getting nothing while this person who is in my account is useing all my things I have put over 7k in my base already and this is how I get treated like I don’t mean anything like it’s my fault u let someone else bind there account with mine and in the process make me bind my brothers fb with a new brace u told me to make and now my brother can’t get in to his base and no answer from game no help from game smh where is the help!!!!!!!

I have been playing this game for about 4 months. I sunk a bunch of money into it. I am very disappointed in the customer service, Waleed. There have been 2 times that my base was being attacked and I got the alert on my phone. I try to login to shield my bases and i would only get to the loading screen. It would say 80/81 loading. I resented TheGrandFrontier , disconnected from WiFi and even restarted my phone multiple times. All my other apps worked normal. Didn’t have one issue getting on any other app or safari. TheGrandFrontier only started working after the same player zeroed the account. Again this only happened twice and it was with the same player. So i context customer service and they insist it is the internet even though the screen shots show LTE Service. They refuse to make it right. It’s like they set it up for you to spend more money. Well that won’t be happening again. I urge against anyone playing this game til they get their customer service correct.

The game is actually pretty fun, however I ran into 3 or 4 different issues and attempted to report them to customer support. It’s been two days and I haven’t received a single response. When I did get a response with my first issue a while back they simply told me they didn’t understand my issue even though I had thought I had explained it clearly. The screen went black and would not let me do anything on TheGrandFrontier except click the events tab, then it wouldn’t let me exit the events tab. Later, I randomly lost a million power out of the blue, no messages indicating an attack or anything of the sort. Then I encountered an issue where it wouldn’t let me spend 234 gold when I had 4338 gold.

Pros
This is a fun game to play. You join alliances and battle for control of your server. Then you battle against other servers. You make friends and attack enemies while you grow your base and alliance stronger.
Cons
There is a lot of anti-American rhetoric in the game. I believe this game was originally made for Arab speaking countries and they love to mess with Americans.
The person with the deepest pockets grow strong fast and become virtually unbeatable. If you’re willing the fork out thousands of dollars you might enjoy the game. But who has that kind of dough laying around?
The game is glitchy. Especially when in battle, which is when you really don’t want that to happen. Four people in my alliance put on 24 hour shields last night and they all woke up to there bases being destroyed. Kind of disheartening when you put money into a game. Support had no answers for them.
Customer support/tech support is a joke. Even asking a simple question gets you some sort of strange non related answer most of the time.
Many people I play with have said they get double charged for things when they buy a pack in game or get charged for things that are supposed to be free.
I would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t so expensive to upgrade your base and if there was a limit on how much people can spend or if they actually cared to stop the blatant racism in the game.

I’ve put a little over $200 into this game and it’s going on 5 days since I last was able to get into my game. The distributor of this game seems uninterested in getting me my game back. I am Sin in server 191. There was suppose to be a merge of 191 and 194 that was only suppose to take a few hours to complete. I’m not sure if the game is ever coming back on for me or if I’ve just lost all the money I’ve put into this account.
Very awesome game while it lasted. They’ll take your money in a hurry but won’t fix you NOT being able to play after game updates.
I will continue to update my review until this matter is resolved.

Needs more work around but perfect game i just started loving it. Would be cool if you add more stuff to the game and change the graphics around the map actually showing the units we use onto map would surely attract more players if you keep updating content having better top ups

I have been playing this game for over 2 years. They have continued to find more ways to take our money. They use to give us a chance of getting free gold to buy if we had the right amount of honor points. Now they charge you money for the chance to get the gold. They are now nickel and dimming us at every turn. They are cheap skates. No honor.

I want a character deleted from my profile and they say it can’t be done. Be careful you should be in control of your own account and your financial institution I don’t want access I want this one character removed and son refused to do it.....

The game ask me to upgrade i did that next thing you know black screen and everything is gone. I’ve upgraded a few times with no problems. I was enjoying this game day/ night now it’s gone so mad. If anyone from KOW see this that why I’m not on .
