The other slot games offer many bonuses throughout the day. This one is lacking in that area therefore, can’t play it as often. It’s not fun to play this with so few chips offered daily. Come on... 1000 chips and to get that I have to come back EVERY HALF HOUR??? Get real!!! This is an occasional pastime thing, not a day’s endeavor. We do have lives and jobs. This is neither. The plinks thing is fishy. It says touch to spin. It spins on its own and is very stingy with rewards of chips. I’m looking for another slot game that would be much more entertaining. If you think by offering so few cops we will buy more, you are delusional. Who would be that stupid. Even playing your game, the chips disappear so fast and the payoffs are so slight if you bet 1500. This is not a players fancy. It’s plain frustrating and discouraging and disappointing. You guys better go back to the drawing board on how to get your patrons to stick with you. I’m about to quit you cause I never have enough chips a accumulating faster than they are disappearing. I contacted customer support about getting knocked down to day one after playing 3 consecutive days. You did NOTHING but tell me I was wrong. I’ve played now up to the top and today I’m back at 1X. Come on, man! Don’t you have any incentives for staying loyal to your games??? Poor service and poor customer service. Y’all don’t give a darn.

It’s an ok game giving its hasn’t had anything new in years.. game play is always against you leaving you mostly winning your bet back an if you wanna play for awhile your basically buying coins that goes straight down.. if your looking for a game to play with hopes of winning coins to play for awhile then choose another game.. money taker money taker even coin package you will play right down.. even numerous times over an over with small bets you just basically lose an have but more. So if buying 45,000 coins an winning 5000 coins is your idea of fun then this is your game but most people prefer buying coins an being able to win an playing for awhile an not a downhill race to force another package buy.. this is a rating made over four years of playing this game lol go for some of the great casino games available

I agree with a couple of reviews I have read. The bonuses are the worst out of every game I play. If you were more genomes with the Bourne sea that you give every thirty minutes and I could play for a while and actually win points that would allow me to do so I would pay for more coins every once in awhile. But with the Amoint of coins you give me every thirty minutes and the horrible pay that these machines pay it you do win is terrible and for that reason I will not buy / purchase any coins from you. Please fix these problems or I will just delete this game altogether. It ain’t fun or with my time all it is a disappointment and takes yo much time and effort to revive 1000 point every thirty minutes. I hope you take this in to consideration. Thank you.

I really don’t have any more interest in playing this game anymore All your games don’t hit anything And what’s worse is that your daily wheel is such a scam that it never goes all the way . It always falls in the lowest. And you have all these pop ups for us players to make a purchase. REALLY??????? Make a purchase on a app that does not pay anything? I don’t think so So you will be getting deleted as far as I know All my friends and family are deleting you too This is what happens when you get too greedy. These games are supposed to be fun not irritating by your losses And also….. Your millionaire drops always drops on 300 points … Now tell me that you guys don’t set it up to fall on the lowest just so we can make a purchase. You will never ever get one cent of my money

In the beginning to keep me playing it would win all the time and the points were always increasing but after level 40 there were never any more big wins. To get to the next level after 40 you must play a mega times and lose all points. If I liked the game I probably would've purchased points but now I see that they would not last very long.
Also The game has crashed many times losing the large winning points.
The payouts definitely changed to force me to make a purchase or delete.

Because it is so rigged to lose I will never make a purchase. It’s the worst compared to others. Such a shame because the games themselves are fun. It would seem like the only thing that would happen is me giving the company money with no real odds. Real casino are better. It’s regulated not to be a complete rip like this.

It's a fun casino but a lot of times it glitches and you will win, but doesn't give you your credit. I also didn't receive my 3 medallions for logging in 5 days in a row. So you will get screwed but strangely enough it's still a fun App. Don't waste your money buying chips. Just play for free because it's a rip off. Great casino, but absolutely rigged. Read Kimmiegolf's review. It's perfect. I've played the Deal or No Deal slot several times, gotten into big money only left on the board and the game restarts. They credited my account $50K in chips which was a lot less than the offer I had in the game. Just a joke really.

Played for awhile free. Liked it...UNTIL...was supposed to get 75k chips and 1 medallion. Didn't get the medallion. Emailed customer support. They told me you can't play with a Facebook account and Guest account because then you'll never get awarded for Winners Rush. They also can't reimburse you for in-game chips because of the bugs/glitches. Free chips don't respawn quick enough. Medallion top score is just 20k chips unless you hit the jackpot. I suggest another app OR playing GSN on an actual computer. I will say the PC version is nice, entertaining, keeps you interested and has many options. Even real cash! :) But GrandCasino ....super meh.

Superb graphics but lots missing. Can bore you quickly. You cannot play the card games nor Bingo until you reach a certain level. Chips will run out before you reach the necessary levels to unlock those games. They started me with less than $30,000 coins. Half of that was gone going into level 2. and I only played a short while. NO Roulette!!

There should be a multiplayer setting with an interactive interface. For example, playing blackjack or Roulette or even Slots alongside other players.

You can connect through FACEBOOK but I did not see a bonus for inviting friends or anything either.

Low chance of winning anything and I mean low... this is a pay to play game. Bingo for instance. The more bingos you get on one card The greater the reward. It doubles on 2 bingos and triples on 3 and so on. Yet you may get a card with 4/5 possible bingos and all you need is one number to at least get one. but guess what? You didn't get even one and the only chance of possibly ""winning"" is paying 4.99 for a rocket or something. They dangle winning s in your face for a prices like most Developers do. But the slots won't make you feel much better since its rare you walk away with anything and once you get to no chips you have to depend on the low paying daily bonus wheel which gives you enough for 15 minutes of play. cards also offer little enjoyment with back and forth bet $100 get $100 with no actual winning of more than you bet. Prepare to pay if you wanna play.

I used to love playing bingo on this game but as of late the payouts are very poor. I like to play this game for fun not ever winning much of anything is getting really boring. I think it's time for me to move on. there are so many other casino games I have downloaded! Also I have been at max for months when are you going to let us level up? When is there going to be an update on this game. Who ever created this game needs to do some updates I'm tired of playing bingo and not winning. I am getting really bored with this game updates are needed or I will MoveOn.

GrandCasino has alot going for it. Graphically maybe one of the best slot apps around. The problem begins with an extremely low daily bonus. You can come back every hour and earn 1,000 coins if you have time. But the daily wheel that we spin will pay as low as 200 coins. If you spin 5 days in a row you earn a plinko chip to drop but that also pays very low. I have had GrandCasino for over a year and you want to be able to bet at least 2500 coins a spin. I prefer 7,500 but I save up for a couple weeks. Bottom line is this. If they do not raise the daily bonus, you may be better off playing elsewhere. For those who may mention that the daily bonus wheel has a 100,000 thousand payout on it, I can tell you for certain that it may never come up for you. After hundreds of spins, I have hit twice with the usual payout aroud 500 chips.

Never enough chips to really play the games for any length of time. Have had GrandCasino for years and rewards never go up. For 1000 coins which last 5 seconds you have to come back to GrandCasino every 30 minutes....give me a break. In all the time I’ve been playing have never hit the millionaire machine, the alternate chip slots (except for the 100,000) are ridiculous. This game app needs to be reworked and changed to reflect the times. Today the millionaire machine is up to 17 millionaire which means no one has won in about 5 days, I’ve seen it as high as in the 30 millions. Why not set it that someone wins every 2 or 3 million which will make a lot more people happy with GrandCasino !!

I just down downloaded GrandCasino again the other day since I see there have been some bug fixes. It seems to be working much better so I have upped my rating to three stars from one. I will play it for awhile and see if it remains stable and review again then. ----Old review from May 2016: GrandCasino seemed to work pretty well for awhile and now it doesn't work at all. I have occasionally spent $1.99 to purchase chips and after the last time, GrandCasino refuses to stay open. Since its been almost a month since the last update and there are many other reviews that indicate the same issues, I think it's time to delete GrandCasino and warn others against downloading it. As a developer myself, I hate to be critical of other developers but this is pretty disappointing. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted I guess.

When you get a bingo or several you get a chance to buy additional number. But the multiples are not adjusted for the daily bonus buys. For example if the bonus for the purchase of chips is 200 percent, the reward for getting additional numbers ought to be 200 percent also. This would increase the possible payoff for additional bingoes. Just an idea for you to consider.

I play your app every day along with the other GSN app, as well as Double Down and you people are the skimpiest in providing daily points. Your lonely one wheel spin RARELY provides more than a few hundred points, whereas, other apps (like GSN) give you multiple chances at getting points and they mostly are in the thousands.
I recognize that you want to sell points but some of us just play for fun and get frustrated with playing 2 spins with measly hundred points offered and then wait a day for another wheel of hundreds.
I will not stay long if this continues.

I have NEVER been connected through FB until I accidentally connected last night. I played for a while and ultimately ended up winning 1.5 million when I disconnected from Facebook the game took all my winnings, my daily bonus back down to one. They could have least let me leave with what I had to begin with. Really disappointed!! “Looking for your chips? They’re connected to your FB account” This stinks!

I absolutely love this site and love playing the buffalos. But...it is really sad that I never can really win anything. Why would I purchase coins to lose so quickly? There are way too many free apps available with lots of slots playable for hours with continuous wins. This site, I go through coins in no time and my bets are relatively low, always, because I never win enough to bet big and when I finally do, they disappear as fast as I get them. So I will rate this as a 3.

This is one of the best games, especially casino type game apps available. However, a fairly significant flaw is that once you meet the maximum level "100" you cannot earn extra "millionaire tokens" for leveling up. While I still get a daily token, I think very loyal players should get an additional token ever third or fourth sign in or some other reasonable number of sign ins to suggest we are being additionally rewarded for continuing to play. We should get a "Maximum Level Privilege Reward" like the "comps" the most loyal players get in an actual casino. C'mon developers --come up with something new and fun for the 100Club! 😎It's fairly obvious most players spend some actual cash on their favorite apps. ShowUsthePerks!!💐🔑💰💎🕹🎉

This is very entertaining. Even if you get down to nothing left in your bank, just wait. You can get 1000 coins every hour or spin the bonus wheel every day. Choose the right slot machine and you can win even more. You can be down to 20 coins one day and if you play your coins right you can be at 100,000 coins the next. It can be very addictive especially when you are winning and you don’t have to worry about spending real money. They do have in-app purchases but I’ve never had to buy anything. That’s what makes this an excellent app.

Basically the graphics and sometimes winning bonus or points is nice and rating on that is a nice 4; However, When I just purchased Wild Balls on the Bingo game it said I am buying 3 wild balls for $5.99 and I only got 1 during the game, not impressed with that! Sometimes I buy the rocket thingy to get more bingos in that game and sometimes NO other bingos are accomplished when there were several possibilities to get bingos. When u charge us to get extra ways to win, please provide it!!! When u offer 3 wild balls for $5.99 I should get 3 not 1 ball! Thank you.

I’m still stuck at Day 1. Nobody has contacted me since my last post. Now their rating gets 1 star!!
Is anyone else having issues with their daily bonus staying on “Day 1”? I’ve played for many days in a row now & the bonus is not moving on to days 2-3-4-5! Therefore, the bonus isn’t multiplying correctly & you’ll never earn a medallion.
