Although the game is good I have to agree with the issue of not letting people on at least once a week game has to be deleted and reinstalled. A yet bigger issue in the fame is the racism against Americans I was told in game they (middle easterners) hate americans and we will be killed and run out of the game sad really. I contacted developer and they tell me just block them that is not the solution imo when you have half a server with this mindset.
Unless you are of arab descent I do not recommend this game, there is a huge amount of racism in this game against westerners. It is incredible that developers have done nothing about it. In our server we have a developer playing caught in a voice message saying what was going to happen before it did. I didnt believe it at first until everything he said came true so unless he is psychic it is a very unfair playing field. I think apple should make this game available to arabs only as some of them have stated it is an arab game and american are not allowed

I have been playing this game for about 4 months. I sunk a bunch of money into it. I am very disappointed in the customer service, Waleed. There have been 2 times that my base was being attacked and I got the alert on my phone. I try to login to shield my bases and i would only get to the loading screen. It would say 80/81 loading. I resented the app, disconnected from WiFi and even restarted my phone multiple times. All my other apps worked normal. Didn’t have one issue getting on any other app or safari. The app only started working after the same player zeroed the account. Again this only happened twice and it was with the same player. So i context customer service and they insist it is the internet even though the screen shots show LTE Service. They refuse to make it right. It’s like they set it up for you to spend more money. Well that won’t be happening again. I urge against anyone playing this game til they get their customer service correct.

So someone bonded there account with mine and I sent message they asked for pics to see if it was my base the person who was bonded in my base used billions of rss that I paid for and my upgrade card and they didn’t give me anything back they told me to make a new fb and anew account and they will take care of it and as I’m doing it I bonded my brothers base to the new base I’m asking for help and I’m getting nothing while this person who is in my account is useing all my things I have put over 7k in my base already and this is how I get treated like I don’t mean anything like it’s my fault u let someone else bind there account with mine and in the process make me bind my brothers fb with a new brace u told me to make and now my brother can’t get in to his base and no answer from game no help from game smh where is the help!!!!!!!
