DigitalDonor worked okay when I could login but now the login is not functioning. I input my confirmed user name and password but nothing happens when I click the login button.

I believe y’all need to work closely with the developers team every time they lunch update on DigitalDonor I lose my auto login this is happening over and over

I was able to schedule and log on without problems 2-9-21.. fast forward 2 days and now DigitalDonor is broken. Can’t log on at all.

It seems like every other week I can’t log in to DigitalDonor . It would be much easier to schedule online if this were possible. I hate using the browser!

I’ve had DigitalDonor for months and it hasn’t been working for a very long time. I even tried deleting and downloading it again but still, nothing. I used to be able to schedule appointments and see my rewards on it but I’ve given up. 😬

I tried several times to log on only to fail. Got locked out and waited an hour. Went online with my laptop..... no issues logging in whatsoever. Too bad, DigitalDonor version would have been convenient.

Need a new development team. Worked for about a week. Logged me out and then won’t allow me to login again.

I’ve tried the past two weeks to sign in on DigitalDonor and it doesn’t even appear to be processing when you click the log in button. I know my user ID and password are correct since I can sign on to the website from this same phone. DigitalDonor is broken.

App only works 1 time and then Will not allow you to login again due to incorrect password. Request password reset twice and app reset password eight times request login ID once and app sent password two times. Even after getting my login ID and a temporary password from the system I could no longer login. DigitalDonor is junk, garbage.

The login button does not fully “click” when I tap on it.

Your developers have failed to develop a functioning app. Please have them re-examine the login screen. I am on an iPhone X, but from looking at other reviews, I have a feeling this problem is not exclusive to my device.

First they remove all our points from donations since they are to lazy to convert them with the new rewards system... but now when I try to use my points I just get an error. 👎🏻

I was able to log in last week and loved the ease of DigitalDonor ; however, I haven’t been able to log in all week! I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail :(

I just used DigitalDonor the last three days to check upcoming blood drives, and suddenly can’t log in at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail

Try to login to prep donation. Nothing frozen. What good is an app you can't use.?

Hardly ever works. I echo others that say it works then doesn’t with error messages that say “something went wrong try again later.” Don’t make it so difficult in folks trying to donate.

It’s frustrating to try and schedule an appointment through DigitalDonor . If you have to go back at any point to look at a different set of times or different location, you have to renter all the search criteria. No times available at a location? Renter search criteria. Want to change the date? Renter all of the information. Just kind of a pain and leads me to just give up/show up without an appointment.

So I’ve seen several reviews similar to this. I’ve actually been using DigitalDonor for a little over a year and it has worked really well for me, which is why I’m giving it four stars. For some reason, DigitalDonor logged me out a few weeks ago, and I’ve been trying to get back in because it’s easier to access that the website. Unfortunately, when I press ‘log in’ it just sits there and does nothing. It doesn’t say my password is incorrect. It doesn’t say anything at all. Ever. I even tried using an incorrect password and it didn’t tell me that it was incorrect, it just didn’t do anything. I know the password I’m using is right, I logged into the website with it. It makes me really sad, because I like DigitalDonor a lot, it’s very easy to use and to check when you can make another appointment and whatnot. I don’t know if there will be a fix to this, but I really hope so!

App doesn’t work

It won't let me log in. I know my username and password so I know that isn't the issue. I've tried several times but it won't log me in. I can enter my username and password but that's it.
