Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Railmap app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Railmap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Railmap app on iPhone
Update Railmap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Railmap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Railmap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Railmap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Railmap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Railmap app issues:

Force Stop the Railmap App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Railmap app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Railmap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Railmap App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Railmap app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Railmap.

Fix Railmap unable to contact server/ Railmap internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Railmap » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Railmap » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Railmap on android.
