VeyoDriver WILL FREEZE UP IF YOU UPGRADE TO IOS 14.2 Unfortunately Veyo’s so called Programmers hardly update VeyoDriver and won’t add features like destination (When I asked the Veyo office in PHX bout this they said hopefully they can get Licensed programmers to actually build VeyoDriver correctly) ?????? I thought this was government and state funded??? They should have the money to do it right..

Veyo pays good by mile if you can actually get VeyoDriver to work ,A lot of cancellations though and you really have to jump through Hurdles to get your three dollar pay per Cancellation.

Veyo not for everyone, it’sActually I really dangerous job 90% of the rides are members Going to the methadone clinic (Heroin , opioid addicts ) some are homeless with nothing to lose ... there’s nothing worse the having the guy on the side of the freeway in your backseat asking you for money ,food,extra rides and so on (TRUE STORY)

App has so much issues and doesn’t work properly, it always freezes and it doesn’t not send me any trips and when i get trips it will keep loading and peeping the whole time and I cannot press anything because nothing is popping up

VeyoDriver use to work good before it did had flows but it worked. The call or dial is too small, the address at the bottom mixes with the gps signed. And now is really bad not working to how it should. We can do better then this.

This new app and the original app has had this issue for almost a year now. When trying to reset my password to sign into VeyoDriver , it sends me an email with a “reset password” option. After clicking it, the screen turns white and nothing happens. I hoped this would be resolved with the brand new app that was created, but it wasn’t. Please fix this if possible- thanks.

The support in the morning they answer but not respond just they keep on silence just you waste your time I work for theme but I receive many fake calls when I arrive before to cancel we need to call 3 times to can get pay the cancel and they pay the cancel call till Saturday if you have 30 cancel call on the whole week they only pay you like 20 or less many of call are fake call the person you will picking up never answer the phone and never comes out maybe no lives on that address and VeyoDriver just send you to charge to the insurance for show up and they only pay 3 dollars for cancel calls and part of the calls you need to pick up people lives on the street and they are not too clean and I work for 10 to 12 hours and i just make like 120 because I receive a lot of fake calls I complete like 26 or more call on my whole day but I get pay only for 18 or less the others are cancel and I didn’t get pay on that day if I will receive pay on the same day the cancel call I will make maybe over 200 dollars but I just make less 130 dollars and also some people call to VeyoDriver to cancel in advance but the people work to getting the information they don’t cancel just leave the call and when you arrive at the address the costumer said I already cancel the call and just you waste gas time and money they most bad of VeyoDriver is the support I don’t know if they only get the minimum wage pay and that’s why they don’t do they’re job just they make hours but quality service some apps are good service for costumers but bad service for drivers this is bad service for both and rare times you get tips that’s not matter how as you’re service the only good thing I see in VeyoDriver is you only work in to the county I work on orange so don’t need to go to LA county or riverside county just here that’s the only good thing but all call are in less 15 miles around but sometimes you go for the costumer at 15 miles away and they clinic are at less an a mile mile away because you can’t see the destination till you accept the trip but if you want to get 100 dollars a day come with us

I hope developer would fix VeyoDriver for these multiple issues, address for future trips, show all trips offers or not to offer future trip while ending the trip because the app couldn’t process both at the same time.

The longest sign up and unpaid training process of any gig app. They wait after hours of training videos to tell you that they literally demand your blood. You must submit to drugs tests like cattle or slaves. It’s ok if you eat heroin pills all day if you have a note. But if you smoke a jay on the weekend. Denied.

All their competitors do not engage in this unnecessary abusive practice that has been proven to be ineffective and discriminatory.

VeyoDriver should mention any vehicle 2005 or older can’t work here unlike lyft, doordash etc. Also I’m very disappointed you guys decide to do a background check after knowing my car wasn’t new enough & I didn’t upload all the info. If you guys continue to run background checks and affect me negatively in any way, shape or form, I will be sharing my experience on all social media mines & veyo!!!

As a independent driver from CT you cannot survive by doing just this, from 35 rides you get in 10 hours shift per day 18 to 20 rides you may have cancel it. You not getting pay for cancellation, waiting for the passenger (member) and you not getting pay for no show, basically you wasted your time and gas by going to the passenger address and wait. The average you can make per day $100 to $150. Please if you have a job do not leave your current job for this, they will tell you in the meeting that going to make a lot of money but they are laying to you.

They’ve designed an app to be used by drivers, but it’s not driver friendly. When you accept a trip request, it pops up a checklist. You have to bypass that to get directions to the pickup, but they have a tiny little icon you have to tap. It then opens the navigation app of your choice (you have 3 options), but it frequently passes the wrong address to the navigation. Their app includes cancellations in the trip count, which is misleading. They say they pay for cancellations, but they only review them once a week. Basically, you’re supposed to take their word for it that you get paid (no itemization given). They give you requests for pickups, expect you to wait for long periods, but don’t pay wait time.

Don’t trust me. Waste your time and get a life lesson

When I get request, I can't see the trip how far is this, cause the mile is hidden in VeyoDriver when I get request app become small and I can't see the trips where is or I can't see the ping or the miles how far is

I have 30 minutes to pick up passenger but app gives me a message “it’s too soon to start the trips “
Trips details should be available at least one hour before.

When I press Navigation, Apple Maps show slightly different door numbers.
This Veyo app developer must fix this bug.

I feel safer as a woman driver using Veyo than with the others. Definitely no worries about drunk passengers. VeyoDriver is okay, but it is not safe to make us focus on that checklist before getting directions. Half the time, I am on the freeway and cannot pull over.

When I call the member and am informed they’re not going to their appointment VeyoDriver won’t allow me to cancel. I have to call driver
Support which takes a chunk out of my day

I have been driving with Veyo for about 6 months now. The Driver App is easy to use and very self explanatory. The technology could use an update, but as the Apps stands now; it’s good enough. Currently driving a route in CT and Veyo always sends me my routes on time before the day of trips. Make sure to check all the boxes in the pop up window or your app may freeze and not allow you to complete the trip. Driving for Veyo has given me reliable income, flexible hours for on-demand trips & freedom on the open road! I love driving for Veyo!

I tap on the icon to navigate to the address and the GPS of my choice can not open up.
The GPS app I chose works jest fine any other time.
When I change to a different GPS app and tap on the map icon to use it it works jest fine but y’all pay us based on how google maps says to get there at least that’s what I was told .so i don’t use iPhone maps to take a pax home. Other than that I like VeyoDriver ok.

VeyoDriver itself is very simple and basic. As a driver I habebran into onnpy a couple issues that needed to be explained to me. I’ve recently ran into dispatch sending two drivers to one person, making one driver (me all three times) drive to a location for a pick up that another Veyo driver has picked up. The trip cancel is easy, however, I’ve not yet been given any cancellation service fee payment.
