Bad customer service!!

If you try the free trial, make sure to CANCEL BEFORE your free trial is up. I downloaded this app to try it because I follow Emily and love her! I just wasn’t using the app because it was too hard to see the workouts on my phone, I need something I can stream on my TV, So I got Something else I could stream.
I was supposed to cancel by February 3, 2021. I forgot to cancel it, and when I remembered I tried to cancel it on February 4th, 2021, but I had already been charged $119 for the year. I emailed customer service to explain to them that I forgot to cancel the free trial and do not use the app and that I would like a refund. They said they’re sorry, but as outlined in the terms & conditions they will not issues refunds for unused subscription periods, accidental purchase, late cancelation or any other similar event.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had!! If you don’t like a product you should be issued a refund, regardless what the terms & conditions are!!!

They used to have excellent customer service, but this time I was so disappointed!
I love Emily. That's why I subscribed to her program. Still, last year, there is no new stuff, not to mention any new motivation program that I can follow with, so I decided not to use it anymore; couple month ago I remember I went online to cancel it, but I don't know why it wasn't successful cancel it, so today I notice I got to charge it another year, it's not a small amount, try to talk to customer service about this situation. Still, unfortunately, “TERM and POLICY, they are not willing to do anything about it to help their customers!
So be aware when you subscribe it!

Preferred the previous app

I preferred the daily workouts from the previous app. This one is good, but I find myself looking at these and saying “I’ll just put together my own thing for the day” (especially because most of the exercises in this new app, I’ve never practiced before). But then most of the time, I don’t get around to exercising because I’m not great at doing my own thing. 5 different exercises every day is better than one of these every couple of weeks. I can’t decide if I should keep spending the $ on it or if I will eventually gain the confidence to go straight into a workout without knowing what I’m doing. Having the old daily routines, was easier because I went through all the phases, so I knew those exercises.

Also, I’m upset that I previously paid for the challenges and now I can’t access them. I can’t get them through the app or website(s).
