When pingo (for adults) gives me the code it is 6 letters but on my child's phone I can only type 5 letters

Sound around features can't works, my minutes still have around 10mnts.

I cant activate the listen in to my child feature

Pingo is not. opening in my child mobile and I am not able to track his mobile thrugh find my kids app. I have deleted the Pingo app from my son mobile app. and reinstalled it but still not working.

Just wanted to say as a 14 year old i get in alot of trouble because of the app not working like ever. It says i use apps when i don't, it disconects and my mother blames me for it saying i do something to it, it shows i walk around when i don't, it shows i call with others and how much as an error too, they can access al my private messages and everything else, this is not okay. I get locating your child, that's normal somewhat when you have a teenager especially due to whatever could happen since its the age most do stuff they shouldn't, but its just ridiculous. Why would a parent need to hear your real time conversations too? or to access your apps and personal data? I say i want this app deleted and canceled fast, it caused me so many tears and trouble for nothing mates.

Location works I have no microphone on mine iam the parent and I have paid for a year and they were going to charge me to have online help it says 24/7 help if u have a script ion. On my phone it keeps saying child phone is not connected to internet but it always is connected here r 4 ways to fix it. Says hit red button there is no red button because it is already connected please help I hope I didn't waste my money

2 of my children’s pingo apps do not have a red button. On my find my kids app it’s telling me that 2 of the phones are not set up and connected to the internet properly but they are. I have turned off the phones. Reset the internet and deleted and reinstalled the apps etc but all it says is to go onto there pingo apps and press a red button. There is no red buttons

trying to load app onto my daughters iphone 11 but will not let me go past section for putting the sos button onto home screen . Didn't have a problem on her old samsung but upgarded to iphone as samsung was to confusing for her. How do I fix this problem?

I reinstalled it and still it's not tracking my child. It's been 3 weeks. I paid for minutes that I cannot use and need a refund for them. Once he turns it on it shows him and once he closes app no more tracking.. This is not how it works. You should not have to have the screen open to work.

App not working properly , it doesn’t track unless the app is open on the other phone , it use to work fine until a few weeks ago where it just doesn’t track half the time.

Pingo stopped working on my child's phone. Does not tract location. Just say that the phone is offline when it's not. Very worrying. Feeling so disappointed. Worked perfectly until recently.

Pingo app says something went wrong with connecting to my childs watch and phone. I have followed all the steps and the settings are all correct. Locations on the devices are not updating.

Pingo app. is not working correctly ,some times it doesn't show location and while using the sound around my kid feature ,, it shows up on my child's phone , although i'm hiding the app, and most of the time it's not working.

Hi Installing of Pingo apication failed. On Galaxy A52s 5G, Android 12. After pressing the instalation button on google store, it returns again to instlation state (like not installed) the ping application is exist in the application list. Thanks Arie

The app is not working on one of my children's phones. She has data on for the app but it still doesn’t track where she is. It works fine on my other kids phones
