I have had an awful experience with this company. First, they limit the amount that can be bet on certain markets, causing the user to re enter the same bet multiple times to reach the actual dollar amount they want to bet. Secondly, they have games listed under the live tab that they don’t even have odds listed for, so the game isn’t even available for live betting while be listed as live. Lastly, I’ve gone hours now without being able to place a parlay. I continue to receive an error stating “internal error” or “internal server error.” I’ve reported this to customer service multiple times. When asked for an update so I don’t miss out on bets, I’m told the issues has been escalated and there is no update that can be provided. This is a sportsbook app, how can you not do everything in your power to resolve an issue for customers having issues placing parlays? With all the options for betting in the state of indiana, I highly recommend staying away from SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline. I have been so disappointed with the treatment I have received.

Went to sign on feature it somehow was showing email when last week it was set as facial recognition setting switched it on but it still makes me sign in with email/password. I won’t be staying here too long as you can’t seem to place SGP or at least I can’t seem to do so.

This is a terrible app. It’s impossible to place in game bets, the consistently time out. They limited you max bet and make it impossible to make any money. I’ve experienced cancelled withdrawal attempts. Go anywhere else

SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline is so bad I can’t even Open an Account because it’s technology is the worst! So I would never trust to use SBK even if I could sign up - especially since every other sports betting app that’s legal in Indiana and Illinois have never given me technology problems

So placed bet on Nba players point and some reason change name on my bet i took a screenshot and trying to explain what’s going on but they try to ignore me! I highly recommend bet on big platform so u can’t get ripped off!!!

SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline keep saying I have to turn on the location service. I did for SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline but still wouldn’t let me bet. The deposit money is still there and they wouldn’t let me withdraw neither. Total scam.

They offer bet 10 get 100 promo, but as soon as you do what you need to in order to get the 100 bucks, they start having “internal location issues” and can’t verify your location all the way until your 100 bucks in promo money times out and you can’t use it

After winning my bet, I tried to withdrawal through PayPal when I had absolutely no problem depositing. It was stuck as pending for months. Tried to talk to customer service and they told me there was an issue with PayPal and there’s nothing they could do to withdrawal my money.

Also their promos are bad and there are better sports books.

Was able to get the promotion. Bet 20 get 100 in free bet. But what’s the point if you can’t withdraw your winnings. Deposited with debit card just fine but every time I try to withdraw back to my debit card it eventually cancels it after a few hours. Then tries to using a bank transfer but say it’s unavailable since I didn’t use that method to deposit. Contacted customer support and they want me to send bank statements and other documents. Never had any withdrawing problems with any other Sportsbook.

THIS “SPORTSBOOK” WILL NOT LET YOU WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY!

I signed up and deposited directly from my large, national, well known bank account. After a couple weeks of realizing this sportsbook is garbage, I went to withdraw my money back to the same bank account (that had been connected to my SBK account the entire time). Every single time they cancel the withdrawal. When I emailed support and asked what the problem was, they told me I needed to either add a different bank account, deposit again, and then try to withdraw again, or send them a litany of private documents. I can see from other reviews they try to pull this same scam on everyone.

I am now having to get my state gaming commission and attorney general’s office involved to get my money.

DO NOT USE THIS SPORTSBOOK!!!

Key parts of SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline simply do not work. The deposit feature declined several of my debit cards (and directly linked bank accounts) which work totally fine on other sportsbooks, and these failed deposits locked my account, which took several WEEKS to resvolve. Now that I finally found a working card to make a deposit, I can’t withdraw my earnings to it because SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline keeps glitching out - and it says it’s their policy to only allow withdrawals to the same payment method used. Time for another several weeks of working with support 🙄

Compared to other betting apps SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline is terrible. Glitchy when making live bets, doesn’t let you do same game parlays despite offering options - do not recommend

Same game parlay function doesn’t work. Every attempt I made for a 3-5 leg parlay on the bets it gives for SGP would not allow for dollar amount entry and submittal. Red text that said the parlay isn’t available would pop up and then vanish for a second and reappear. Decided to withdraw my funds before anything else messed up.

I actually really enjoy using SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline . It has pretty good betting options and I love to read different topics and advices in the community tab. Can recommend trying it, that’s really fun

I signed up to SBK a couple of weeks ago and was super impressed with the promotions they have there. Same game parlays for NBA Finals and the MLS are great to have. The MLB parlay boosts are also pretty cool for adding some value to my bets. The actual odds also look neater than other sports books online so all in all a nice change. Recommended online betting sports book.

The layout and live betting is phenomenal better than Betmgm FanDuel and Draftkings !! New book for good

Placed a few bets over the weekend on there. Consistently great odds give SBKSportsbookIndianaOnline an edge over alternatives when searching for value. However, what I’m impressed with here is how easy to use SBK app. I’ve tried a few that have been a real pain but the layout here is making it easy to navigate through different sports and markets. The live betting feature is great - gives the whole app some real-time action for enthusiasts like me. SBK has left BetMGM or Caesars that I used to bet with in my rear-view mirror to be honest.
