- Unable to pay with American Express or if you live abroad.

- Integration with Paypal is buggy.

- Checkout process is disappointing and took 30 minutes to find a way to pay 10 euros.

- Turning off cookies caused the app to crash systematically and unable to open.

- Purchasing the 50 postcards option resulted in losing access to the app.

New card with addresses loaded from address brook do not appear in the list of cards. Text changes in postcards are not stored.

To resolve Youpix, carte & timbre network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Youpix, carte & timbre App
1. On android, goto Settings » Youpix, carte & timbre » click [Force Stop]

Clear Youpix, carte & timbre App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Youpix, carte & timbre » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Youpix, carte & timbre.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Youpix, carte & timbre » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Youpix, carte & timbre » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Youpix, carte & timbre
