Good app with some potential to get better
Guys, some observations:
1. App is slow at the login
2. App is slow at the load of “ad” on the landing screen
3. App is slow on loading cards
4. App loads blocked cards and give no chance to remove it
5. No transactions loaded for the credit card

Noch nicht einwandfrei
Ich musste mir die App holen weil am Computer über die Website nichts mehr funktioniert hat, da war ich schon genervt. Das Setup hat auch eine gefühlte Ewigkeit gedauert. Seit ich die App habe (ca. ein halbes Jahr) sind mir noch mehr Fehler aufgefallen:
-Meine App war immer auf Deutsch eingestellt, seit dem letzten Update ist die auf Englisch, was ich nicht eingestellt habe (mein Handy ist zwar auf Englisch aber die App sollte nicht von allein umstellen?
-Ich musste schon oft eine Überweisung ein zweites, manchmal sogar ein drittes Mal durchführen. Man hat alles fertig, drückt auf Bestätigung und die App zeigt an, dass der Auftrag nicht durchgeführt werden kann. Das heißt für mich dann ALLES wieder NEU eingeben. Es würde mir viel Zeit ersparen und als App auch durchaus Sinn machen, wenn die Daten (IBAN oder zB Rechnungsnummern alles Zahlen die ewig dauern bis man sie abgtippt hat) gespeichert werden, damit man nurmehr auf „erneut abschicken“ oder sonstiges klicken könnte. Wenn also eine sinnvolle Lösung zu „kann nicht abgschickt werden“ besteht!
Ich verwende die App aktuell nur, weil es nicht in meinem Interesse ist, Bank zu wechseln und ich sonst gar keine Überweisung machen kann außerhalb meiner Arbeitszeit.

- Minimal bessere UX als die alte ELBA App
- Setup funktioniert sehr gut
- Konten-Übersicht verwirrend
- Scrolling ist nicht smooth/native
- Abmelden-Tab ist verwirrend

Unglaublich
PushTan kommen am Handy an - aber dann steht die App und „lädt“. Bitte fixed Eure Zwangssoftware - sonst muss ich die Bank wechseln- oder wieder persönlich zur Bank gehen. Login am Smartphone geht - aber nicht am PC im Browser - Auszüge kann man aber in der App nicht ausdrucken....
