I am having trouble with my account, My daughter gave us a silver gift card to the French Laundry. I just got an invitation from the French Laundry for June 28th at 4 15. When I went on the app they sent me to and filled out my information there was know place to fill in the gift card number, I only have 2 days to accept this invitation will someone please get back to me and tell me what I have to do. Tock was fine at start of the morning then a message popped up about having connection problems. I restarted iPad three times, only a blank white screen comes up. How to fix. Thanks, B

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tock app issues:

Force Stop the Tock App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tock app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tock to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tock App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tock app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tock.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tock » "Force Stop".
