Won’t connect to my mbot I tried for a month but it won’t work

You’ll have to use a computer to program mbot2. You can use “Makeblock” to play with it on a phone/tablet but that’s it. It’s a bummer because my kids loved coding mbot on the tablet

Won’t seem to connect to older Makeblock robot kit controllers (like the Orion included in the ultimate 1.0 kit) which is quite discouraging.

Purchased the mbot2 robot in hopes of teaching my kid coding. We no longer use a standard computer. Only use an iPad. mBlock is really limited in devices you can use. After purchasing an expansion for the mbot2 found even greater limitation. Cannot use the mbot2 at all through mBlock

It says it’s connected but it doesn’t do anything when you hit play.

When I connect via Bluetooth with iPad 9th generation it gets stuck at recognizing. The bot shows Bluetooth connection the iPad shows a connection established. mBlock doesn’t move on from recognizing. 1 star until it’s fixed.

I tried to follow the instructions and it didn’t even work so I wanted to make codey rocky make the sound meow but it didn’t work you will feel 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡when you’re finished do not get unless you’re 😟😟😟😟😟

Save your money and avoid this Codey robot. We have updated all apps and the iPad and it doesn’t take commands. It says it’s connected but when hitting play it does nothing. SERIOUSLY AVOID!

I HATE THIS GAME it’s absolutely disgusting and mrbeast won’t even give us the option to get the vaccine if we don’t get it and we don’t have the money to get it so why would I play this game

Ok, so I download mBlock, and I see a panda instead of scratch cat. Ok, I do more investigation and I look at the blocks and I see that the blocks look exactly the same as scratch, AND they don’t fit. They even just grayed out the key blocks. Like, come on! Don’t just add extra blocks in only to not use them! And plus, they expect you to spend MONEY on a stupid robot for only one purpose. THIS RIPOFF APP.

Works in live mode but cannot upload programs to mbot directly. What’s the point? Their own app does not even work with their device.

Can’t get the learning to work with mbot neo, little brother got it for bday and can’t even learn coding because it connects and when u push say hi it makes no noise.

I just bought Codey Rocky as a Christmas present for my son. Out of the box, the robot works with the Makeblock remote control app (a different app from the same company). But this this app coding app doesn't work at all. It showed the bluetooth is connected with the robot. In upload mode, I could upload the code to the robot (mBlock showed success) but the code had no effect at all. Same thing in live mode: code doesn't work with the robot. At the end, I noticed a message on the device setting screen of mBlock saying there is a later firmware version but I had to use a computer and USB cable to connect the robot to the web version of the this app to update the firmware there. After the firmware update, the code from the this app app works. I am a tech savvy person and could figure it out (not to mention I have a macbook with USB-C only, which needs an adapter to connect the USA-A cable coming with the robot). A lot of people would have no clue how to proceed. The developer should enhance mBlock to detect and perform the firmware update over bluetooth. That would be much more convenient to the users and avoid the hassle of upgrading the robot's firmware from another computer with USB cable.

I have a cyberpi and when I move sprites, there is two, right(x) and they both move the sprite up. None of them can move the sprite, right

My mother connected fine and there were no glitches so it deserves 5 stars

I was using this for a project and it was super easy and helped me so much and I love how it works

This is a fine app, but sometime it is just too much work. I mean, it is an app for robotic class, especially the teacher who teaches the basic coding,(under 6) or teacher for the higher.(7-16) Good work!!!!!!

We tried it on the computer with our mbot and it worked outstandingly. We uploaded the basic mbot control program and it works well.😃🌈😁🙂. We tried the iPad app but it didn’t work so do it on the computer.🙂
