Buyers beware. This software constantly crashes. Takes poor photos in low lighting. There are better products that don’t keep charging you $500 a year! Customer service won’t allow you to unsubscribe. They just keep charging you the $500 yearly! If I had known I would be spending this much, I would have bought a nice drone. At least it would get much more use! Buyers be forewarned, charges you nearly $500 yearly, poor service, crashes. And you’re not getting what you pay for. Terrible customer service! Zero stars!

RICOH360Tours keeps crashing. This update is trash!!! Use to be able to shoot a tour in under 30 mins now takes an hour and a half. Please Fix this!!!!

I was able to pair my Theta SC2 to my iPhone without issue. I can take and download images flawlessly. When I try to connect the camera to the this app app, I go to settings, select my Theta’s WiFi address, put in the password, and I’m connected. But once I switch back over to the Tours App it just stays on the “Connect Theta screen” and never acknowledges the fact that I’m already connected. I was really looking forward to this, I hope customer service can help.

RICOH360Tours crashes and is horrible uploads. You will spend hours working this when it only takes 15 mins on a normal 360 tour.

The salesman that sold us the camera and the year subscription said this camera couldn’t be used with matterport. Looked into it, he lied and now I’m stuck with a year subscription to this crap. Don’t purchase Ricoh tours.

Last weeks update has made RICOH360Tours useless and no fixes yet. Without RICOH360Tours you won’t have much use for the website or the $49/month service either.

RICOH360Tours seems like it was slapped together by 1 guy overnight. Very slow and crashes constantly. Soon as my subscription is up I am moving somewhere with a stable app that actually gets updates.

This has been a nightmare of an experience to get out of their subscription. They lock you in annually with no way to cancel through RICOH360Tours , emailing customer service, or their webpage, even though they say you can. They intentionally charge you. The camera is low quality, RICOH360Tours is terrible, the customer service is the worst.

RICOH360Tours is great the only issue that is really frustrating is being unable to zoom in when pinning photos into the Site pls fix this.

Keeps crashing. Doing various tasks and can’t see a rhyme or reason.
This software crashed every time I use it. I have to restart every 10 minutes or so of use. And the app is awful. Editing tours on the web is much easier than using the app. the problem is that when I open the web version, most of my pictures are not available. I can restart the program a few times and after a few hours the pictures will appear one by one. This is the worst software experience I have had in over 35 years of using computers. I'm a mechanical engineer.
