Buyers beware. This software constantly crashes. Takes poor photos in low lighting. There are better products that don’t keep charging you $500 a year! Customer service won’t allow you to unsubscribe. They just keep charging you the $500 yearly! If I had known I would be spending this much, I would have bought a nice drone. At least it would get much more use! Buyers be forewarned, charges you nearly $500 yearly, poor service, crashes. And you’re not getting what you pay for. Terrible customer service! Zero stars!

I was able to pair my Theta SC2 to my iPhone without issue. I can take and download images flawlessly. When I try to connect the camera to the Ricoh360Tours app, I go to settings, select my Theta’s WiFi address, put in the password, and I’m connected. But once I switch back over to the Tours App it just stays on the “Connect Theta screen” and never acknowledges the fact that I’m already connected. I was really looking forward to this, I hope customer service can help.

This has been a nightmare of an experience to get out of their subscription. They lock you in annually with no way to cancel through the app, emailing customer service, or their webpage, even though they say you can. They intentionally charge you. The camera is low quality, the app is terrible, the customer service is the worst.
