Tons of bugs and nobody cares. They released VHCHealth to support “going paperless “, increasing their profits and your frustration. There is no motivation to get it working. Once you see that your best bet is to go back to getting info in the mail.

All this effort in a new app and you can’t view it in landscape mode I’d using an iPad. You get 1 star since you are apparently incapable of forward thinking. Make me wonder if I even want to use thus hospital.

With VHC everything has to go through a bureaucratic wall of telephone tag to do anything. Even within VHCHealth scheduling, which should be a simple thing that is fully automated is just a request that goes into someone’s queue and is processed in the most ineffective and time consuming manner possible. There is no physician messaging and no meaningful access to health data both collected by your physician and available from eg. wearables.

With your recent highly touted upgrade, it no longer works.

I have used VHCHealth for a long time but am no longer able to access it. I enter my password and see a page seeing that an update is necessary, but it will not connect with VHCHealth Store and it appears that there is no app update. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the same thing happens. I see that at least one other person has had the same experience and it looks like no one is doing anything to address this problem or correct the problem. I am very disappointed that this isn't being fixed.

Ever since my doctor’s office switched from Healow to myVHC I have been unable to access my test results or messages without great difficulty. My wife has been locked out of her app entirely. When you do get into VHCHealth you will find it is not set up for a small screen mobile device. What were these developers thinking? Solved entry problem, but when trying to setup a passcode, VHCHealth freezes. Whoever they paid to create VHCHealth should find another line of work.

Reasonable functionality but only desktop version is functional for me right now. The mobile app worked on my iPhone until Nov 2019. Now, it takes my password and refuses entry until an update is loaded. Problem is — there’s no update in VHCHealth Store. Please fix. Stat! ;-)

After using VHCHealth for a short period of time, I received a message that an update was available and that I’d need to update VHCHealth before going any further. Turns out there was no update available but the “update available” message still prevented me from using VHCHealth . As an result, it looks like I will have to uninstall and then reinstall VHCHealth . I’m not even sure it’ll work after that....

VHCHealth is pretty awful, but usually the core functionality seems to work okay. I’d really love for VHC to integrate with Apple Health. Why is that so difficult?

Like others have seen, a modestly useful app has seemingly been ignored until it no longer functions. Releasing an app doesn’t mean you’re set forever. The last version update was a year ago and the developer is silent on this latest bug.

This is responsible for a spike in my BP (kidding) but it’s useless. The WEB site on desktop is ok (so data is there, it exists) but the mobile app fails to present it in a useful fashion - it is a waste of time. From login taking forever then failing when server not accessible to non functional mgmt like changing password. This, of ALL apps, must be smooth and seamless, and SECURE! where’s the 2FA??? My advice is dump it and login with desktop or notebook. So that cuts out anyone on mobile, like lots of us traveling?
There was an update and it's more functional. If you use a VPN make sure you are virtually logged in through US. I had a CT scan at 11AM and results were in VHCHealth by 6 PM. IOS app can't seem to get fingerprint unlock going.

VHCHealth lets me schedule video appointments with my Doctor which is helpful during COVID. Also has nice map feature that I use to get around at the hospital.

They have fixed some good chunk of login issues so I’m giving them 5 stars for now. This will drop down if I run into some major issue.

I was able to download and use this new updated VHC app. It is waaay better than the previous version. So far it feels more friendly and intuitive, which is super helpful!

Saw all the negative reviews, but I had no problems. App loaded quickly, easily set up Touch ID and passcode options.
Appointments, test results, history, to do, billing, etc, are all now at my fingertips.

You can literally get directions thru the hospital and even access the portal as well!! A++

I love VHC and with the new way finding feature, my appointments will be so much easier to find and less chaotic!

Overall convenient and easy to access. I’m able to view all my records across all my doctors and hospital visits in one app

So nice to have wayfinding - easy to locate my doc appointments now.
