Fill and Sign e Signature App Reviews

As with previous users FillandSigneSignatureApp seems great at first. However upon use I noticed it doesn’t play well with word documents. And even with all info entered it does not allow me to cancel my subscription (over $100), or message the developer regarding general information. Definitely wasn’t what I was looking for, and unless able to get fixed will have to dispute this once charged.

It is a trap. Don’t fall for the free trial unless you really need it and are willing to pay it! Not like Adobe photoshop that you get a warning and option to choose or continue your subscription. This one is just going to charge you right away without giving you a notice or even a receipt till you realize your credit card charged you.
I did not even use it because it failed me everytime.

I wanted to quickly sign a document on my phone so I downloaded FillandSigneSignatureApp. It won’t let you use it unless you put in your credit card information and sign up for the free trial so I did thinking I could just cancel it immediately after the one thing I had to do and not get charged. However, any time you try to cancel your subscription or use the contact support option, it comes up with an error message. I’m pretty sure they did this intentionally so that YOU CAN’T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. On top of that it DIDN’T EVEN WORK when I tried to do it - it goofed up the file I uploaded and the page that I had to sign was replaced with a copy of a different page. USE DOCUSIGN - it’s free and much better. This was a huge waste of my time and I got scammed :(

I only needed FillandSigneSignatureApp to sign one pdf. I downloaded FillandSigneSignatureApp in a hurry and agreed to the free trial with the $120 subscription later, planning on just cancelling the subscription right after I signed my paper. It wouldn’t let me cancel within FillandSigneSignatureApp and kept wanting me to send an email as feedback. In a panic, I finally came back here and found a review that said you can cancel your subscription through FillandSigneSignatureApp Store. I was able to do this thankfully but I do not like how I couldn’t just do it in the actual app. Because of all the hassle, I’m giving it 1 star. Also, I think it’s strange that all of the negative reviews that people have left have 4 or 5 stars. I don’t know, seems a little weird to me.

I got charged $120 for a year. Yesterday was my cutoff for my “free trial”. Tried for 2 days to contact them but “contact us” doesn’t work. I finally managed to unsubscribe thru settings on my iPad. But now I’m stuck with being charged the $120. Very frustrating! Hoping developers will read this and refund me. Beware on downloading for yourself, I will update if they do a refund but as of now…I feel like I was scammed

Wish I read all the reviews on how they don’t let you cancel but I was in a rush because I had to sign a paper for my attorney. But FillandSigneSignatureApp couldn’t even be used correctly. Most the 5 star reviews are people complaining hoping for the company to see but obviously the company hasn’t. When you open FillandSigneSignatureApp it says to try the free week trial with easy cancelation. Once I realized it couldn’t do what I needed, I hit the cancelation button. It opens an email to customer service, I filled it out, and once I sent it said “feedback sent”. But then 7 days later I was charged $128. So I have emailed them multiple times and no response. DO NOT GET FillandSigneSignatureApp.

I got FillandSigneSignatureApp, and went for a free week trial since you can’t do almost anything with the free version. I cancelled this trial, and mind you I only did the $15/month subscription. FillandSigneSignatureApp has been trying to charge me (and failing) for a month and a half for the HIGHEST subscription, which I did not subscribe to and does not mention a free trial. I had to cancel my subscription AGAIN, even after I had already cancelled it the week of my free trial. It didn’t even show up as a current subscription in my settings, it showed as an EXPIRED subscription, so I know this was not my error, it was them trying to take my money.

I used FillandSigneSignatureApp once when both my printer and WiFi weren’t functional but I had to send paperwork to my employer. I thought I had canceled my subscription through FillandSigneSignatureApp and considered it solved. Part of it is my fault, as I didn’t cancel the subscription through FillandSigneSignatureApp Store & my Apple ID directly, but I thought through FillandSigneSignatureApp would be good enough. I was wrong. I was just charged for an entire year’s subscription ($130) despite using it to sign TWO documents a WEEK ago. And their customer service options are a joke. No phone number to call, only an automated email. STAY AWAY OR BE SMARTER THAN ME

First week is free, but if you forget to cancel in time they charge you over one hundred dollars. They also make it difficult to cancel, so I would opt for a different app if you’re looking for something like this. It’s not the only signature app, and I can’t imagine they’re all making their money off of screwing forgetful customers over. I should have just bought ink for my printer.

Even if you just need it for a single use, go with a different app so that if you do wind up getting charged you don’t get hit with such a high price.

At first it was working, i spent $119. It doesnt expire until next year. But now, I cant export any documents. Its recharged me 3 times. Ive signed in with my email and cant write to any developer. Im frustrated. It keeps asking me to pay then it wont let me send or export the document and ive only used it twice. Canceled in Apple ID subscription, even though it had me logged in it kept saying to check email of fix email and nothing was sent to my email. Disallowing me to do anything about tech or general support. It still wouldnt export. I want my money back.

I used it about 5 times then it mad me purchase credits at what I thought was 15 credits for 99¢. They immediately charged me $1.08 then followed that charge with $130 charge for a yearly subscription that was no where in the fine print of purchase. To top it off the image I purchased, for $132 and some change, exported to my gallery distorted and with the words overlapping each other! I immediately called iTunes and asked for a refund. They were kind and understanding and issued my refund, but now I have to wait up to 30 business days for my money!!! Worst app ever!!

I did not see anything about how much it cost. I very upset about that but that’s not really the biggest issue. I filled out everything on a document and when I printed it off everything was blank. Definitely not worth the money. I didn’t realize I only had seven days to cancel but I guess that’s my fault but when I canceled I should get some money back. $128 is a lot for one unfilled paper. Will not be using it again. Definitely won’t be recommending it.

FillandSigneSignatureApp claims that you can cancel your subscription at anytime but doesn’t have any option within FillandSigneSignatureApp to do so! In some of these responses they claim you can cancel your subscription in the Apple store and do not offer any further explanation on how to do this. This is also untrue because I called the Apple store and they say that the company is responsible so if I am charged I will be following up with my bank. The way they are trying to take advantage of people with their lack of customer service and transparency is ridiculous.

Hello everyone, this is actually a very useful app especially if you have to do everything from your phone! You do have to get a subscription in order to send or export any files which I find it hard to see why they offer it to be free when you have to get a subscription that you can’t cancel from app BUT you can go to your phone settings then click your Apple cloud with your personal info at the very top then select subscriptions and from there you can cancel or even change how much they charge for example I changed it to a monthly subscription of $14 I believe instead of the $130 they try and charge you ! Pls be aware of that that’s why I give 3 stars

It's a really nice app, fun to use, has many cool features, like you can change the font and the text size can be increased or decreased in small increments, saved words or anything you use frequently is available, and I thought the signature feature was superior.

The form I used was a tight, complicated medical form. The thing I noticed first that I didn't care for was that it didn't snap to the line in a form that is not designated as a "fill-in form," nor fill-in check boxes with a mere touch like Adobe Fill & Sign does.

The issue I found the most troubling, though, was that it lost data upon saving. This is critically bad. I followed the directions and entered the information and completely filled out the form, saved it, and upon reopening it, half the information was missing, like my first name. At first, I thought it was my fault, that I forgot to press "done" after each entry, but I went back filled everything in that was deleted again, pressed “done,” and the same thing happened, more or less. Different things were missing now. This was crucial to my decision to not move forward with this subscription especially considering you cannot pay monthly or weekly and must pay $120 per year.

FillandSigneSignatureApp itself is good but just FYI outside of the trial window there’s a monthly/yearly fee. If you’re consistently working with docs FillandSigneSignatureApp definitely makes it convenient and very easy. I just wish there was a free version for those, like myself, would barely need it and only need it every now and again. I don’t see it worth it in my case to pay a monthly/yearly usage fee for only it maybe a handful of times in a year.

I have tried a lot, this is the best in options and speed. Just wish to have the option right to left navigation two pages display just like other pdf apps

FillandSigneSignatureApp has custom search which let me find PDF easy and download multiple of files. It's also support create PDF from a web page then edit with rich annotations. Recommended for documents gathering.

I am so excited that there is finally a PDF opening app 4my iPhone. it makes things so much easier to open, read, copy, import, export, edit & save for PDF files...& the huge plus is that it is free (at lesst for a few days)... Heaven sent!!

This is seriously the best app of its kind. I am so grateful that I don't have to pay for it. The only app that has helped me boost my productivity so much, is this one. Beautiful interface, easy use and ability to sync with my laptop's files... I just love this so much. It legit has saved my laptop's files. Whatever you do, don't change it ❤

I receive emails all day for service and I have to sign the document as fast as possible to reply to my customers in a way they feel we're professional and prompted. This has helped me a lot of waiting for the document is printed, signed and scanned before emailing to my customers

What a simple yet effective app!! Fill any form from either a PDF file or using your camera. I haven't used the camera option but the PDF option completely rocks. Finally, I can save my hand from filling out endless forms since typing is a lot less intensive on my hands

I was in a jam to markup a PDF under time pressure. I downloaded 4 or 5 PDF editors and had to delete all of them. They were intrusive, forced ads down my throat every time I tried to do something meaningful, or were just too hard to figure out in a hurry. I downloaded Fill and got my work done fast.

I am always learning more and more when happen I need to do something with pdf files, I do not have computer and it is now more than year since I had one. But because of great apps like this, I can live totally without computer and do all things on my phone. I love you guys. Thanks for this great app

FillandSigneSignatureApp is awesome. It does exactly what I need and the main thing it is quick and easy to switch between zoom and pen input. I regularly markup drawings so have to make a small mark in one place then zoom out, find the next, zoom in and make the next mark. Normally I print A0 then markup with a pen then scan again. Brilliant.

I love it! Really! I have tried many off readers but..But I feel nothing can beat Fill. The dictionary option is just like a Kindle..But there is no option to adjust the pdfbook to the screen size when we zoom it. We have to scroll horizontally. I hope thus option will be included soon. Thanks developers.

The functionality of this editor is absolutely like its description. Easy to edit, sign, store and send PDF documents, no matter if it's to an email or even fax!🤩 It allows you to make an instant signature whenever you need to. You can also save one as predefined and use it over and over again. No complications at all.😀

I’ve compared many other applications, and personally, this PDF editor was the most suitable for me. When it comes to working with documents, it has every feature and option you could possibly imagine. The best thing is that it gives you much more than other apps, and at a fraction of the cost.

Coming from adobe reader this is a wonderful experience. Loads quickly, highly customizable viewing options and layout and connects with googlr drive. The accessibility of documents is another great point. However I would like that we be allowed to replace the preset color modes with our own preferences for greater accessibility.

FillandSigneSignatureApp works great for what I needed. I can't speak for others but for me, it was a lifesaver for real. I was late for an interview and forgot to print and fill out the application and consent forms they had emailed me, but I was half an hour early so I quickly filled everything out with FillandSigneSignatureApp and was able to print right there in the waiting room I was in

I first tried the free trial. But then I went on to get the paid subscription. But, before I found this platform, I had to try out dozens of other editors. At the end of the day, your program is hands down the best. It beats out everyone else in the categories that I think are essential: reliability, clarity, flexibility, speed, accuracy, and cost.

Just whatever u r looking for!!! Even the features u never expected included in this..... just new way to read ur books.... i have already given up my hard copies to study... this is perfect.... all the books in my pocket always...... i really love it coz m a medico.... and u can imagine how much a medico is into books... so i guess this is great great great..... saved a lot of hassles in my life

It has all features one could ask except for a very simple and important one: the ability to force landscape/portrait mode on the file. I hate enabling rotation in my phone because i frequently move the phone and it changes orientation. Please make an option to enable this!
