Useless for field techs

Thought the app would be handy for checking tickets while on the go, but can’t even access the field tech role from the app. Took multiple login attempts and reinstalling the app just to get into the self service role but can’t view my tickets from there. Uninstalling until maybe the app gets some support itself.

Can’t Get Past Role Selection

Would love to use this app to check tickets on the go, but can’t even manage to get logged in. App asks that you select your role, yet presents no options to select from, just a blank screen that cannot be bypassed. Tried reloading page, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Nothing works.
