I cannot add my Store API

I set up OrderAlert with my woocommerce site, checked to make sure the notification was working by placing an order myself. Two weeks later, there’s a queue of unprocessed orders that I had never known about. Worst case scenario.

OrderAlert is super convenient, however, here are few things we found inconvenient:

1. Delivery date is not shown (what sender chose to be the delivery date)
2. Inability to mark orders complete
3. No customer note (available in Wordpress)
4. No recipient phone number (when it is available in Wordpress)

Installed just over a week ago. Got an order alert on day one. Haven’t received an alert since, and we’ve had 6 orders.

Been using it for 3 days now, first 2 days were fine, now I am only be able to receive new order notification but no order update in OrderAlert . App is only showing the old orders I received in last 2 days...

Hard to differentiate OrderAlert’s notifications from others since there is no way of customizing the alert sound.

Be careful to disable its webhooks upon uninstall. Our site kept going down due to the number of scheduled actions and we didn’t know the reason for many days until we reviewed active webhooks.

Ps. Our store has many orders which caused the issue as each order gets a scheduled cron job for the notification

I asked for a new dashboard like shopify or google analytics and the cha-ching sound. Nothing is done in a whilee. OrderAlert does work well but at least add some new features. Its boring. Im willing to pay for those features.

I switched to this after using the woocommerce app, which had way more features that I miss, but the required use of Jetpack plugin was not compatible. OrderAlert is simple and to the point, however there is no way to change settings - for example, alerts come though as $19,99 when in the USA it should show as $19.99
Also miss the “cha-ching” cash register sound alert every my time there is an order with the woocommerce app. With OrderAlert, it sounds like any other text message. No reporting or store editing. Very basic but does the job. Could be improved with those suggestions.

OrderAlert works well, and shows you the order data, however you can’t see the details on the order, eg the variation data. If someone ordered a shirt, you can’t see the size. Also if you have similar items with long titles, you can only see the first 30 characters or so. You can’t view the billing address as well, the field is blank. Otherwise it is ok.

If it read on the order details, the variation of each product (I.e. the different sizes or in my case, different sugar level for drinks) was shown. It would help me immensely, but this is pretty good so far.

Could you please add the option to display product variations or custom fields in the order ?

When you need to know when orders are placed, this will do the trick! Tap alert for full order details. Will work great for small take-out restaurant! Thanks!

Great apps, I wish could customize the tones

One thing thing - would be good if when it started it didn’t say there are no orders.
