I love the Niche website so much and I’ve been using the website for many years just to browse for potential universities but now that college is my main focus right now I downloaded the app to make it more convenient for myself but I always run into the same problem. If I leave the app for any reason or if I go into my notifications while I’m in the app it will go back to the home page no matter what. It is very frustrating that this has been going on for months with no resolution. I really hope this problem gets fixed soon!

I love Niche and it’s purpose but the app itself is super slow. If I try to click on something in the app it takes forever to load and then I have to exit out of the app and then go back in to restart it. I shouldn’t have to refresh the page the entire time I’m using the app because it gets annoying after awhile. Please fix the quality of the app so that the duration of the page loading can be much quicker and efficient, thank you!

(Also, you’ll never get five stars from me until you can rotate to landscape. Seems designed to frustrate and infuriate your users ) Five stars automatically went down to three, and would’ve gone down to one as far as usefulness if niche didn’t have several things right. The problem is what they have wrong is so wrong that it makes all the time I spent using this app wasted: *** it does not differentiate between in-state and out-of-state tuition*** for example, according to Niche the cost I am looking at her Indiana university Bloomington is around $19,000. According to the universities on website, however I am really looking at $55,000. All the time I spent searching means nothing and ***I really can’t use it to search for colleges at all because there’s no way to sort for in-state and out-of-state tuition.*** mix all the results are so carefully looked for and sorted for meaningless. If they ever add this feature I will come back and get back to five stars. I’m really shocked to tell you the truth. So disappointing it was almost depressing to realize how much time I wasted.
