Wouldn’t Load

As soon as a created an account the fan guru wouldn’t load. I downloaded this app because I’m going to a Supernatural convention in Nov but I can’t even get into the app because I wouldn’t load in. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it as well as pressing the little check mark looking thing about the “You’re all set welcome to fan guru” but I wouldn’t work. Nothing worked for me.
Doesn’t work

I set up a user name and password months ago. I try to log in it says”so strange something went wrong.” I tired forgot password same error message. I tried signing up it gives me same error. I try to view as guest nothing loads.

QuakeCon switched from Guidebook to this crap for 2018. Now I have to log in before I can see anything. Also, when I do get to the schedule, it crashes when I try to quickly scroll to the bottom.
