Law and Crime app worked this morning but stopped working after 1 hour of the Alex Murdaugh trial,I rebooted my phone so it’s not my phone?

To resolve Law & Crime Trial Network network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Law & Crime Trial Network App
1. On android, goto Settings » Law & Crime Trial Network » click [Force Stop]

Clear Law & Crime Trial Network App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Law & Crime Trial Network » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Law & Crime Trial Network.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Law & Crime Trial Network » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Law & Crime Trial Network » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
