It worked really well for about 20 minutes. I got the zoomie twice, the roam picture, the selfie, etc. then it crashed while I was still in the tower and every time I would try to open SpaceNeedleOfficial , I got a blank white screen that would never change. I restarted SpaceNeedleOfficial countless times, restarted my phone, still no luck. So I deleted SpaceNeedleOfficial and redownloaded it and it works now. I just lost all the photos and it doesn’t have a memory of them (maybe associate the account with my phone number so it can find it later). So they’re gone forever. The website doesn’t have them either. The help link from SpaceNeedleOfficial goes to a dead link on the website, which means no one has checked it lately.
Useless crap. AR section of SpaceNeedleOfficial just opens camera on my phone. Absolutely useless. Save your data and Don’t download this stupid app.
Got SpaceNeedleOfficial to see photos taken at the Needle. QR codes on all four tickets say invalid.
I purchased a coaster that is supposed to act as a “space spot” when you get home. All I had to do was download SpaceNeedleOfficial it says and open the viewer. Well did all that and it doesn’t work. Now all I have is this ugly coaster.
Worked to take some of the pictures while I was there, went to look at them and save them Peter that night, app just opens to a blank white screen and I can’t get anywhere else, I don’t want to delete and redownload because I don’t want to lose all of the pictures as some other reviewers have done. Such garbage, DONT TRUST SpaceNeedleOfficial- Download/save the pictures right away.

I can’t get SpaceNeedleOfficial to do anything. It just shows a loading sign constantly
It didn’t save any of our pictures. SpaceNeedleOfficial did not work. Very disappointed.
The only part of SpaceNeedleOfficial that worked was the AR. Bummed as I had high hopes for SpaceNeedleOfficial . Guest services said SpaceNeedleOfficial was known to be buggy when I asked if I was doing something wrong.
Very disappointed. We took pictures at the Space Needle and scanned our tickets with the photographer. But scanning our admission tickets do NOT WORK. Very disappointed.
Downloaded SpaceNeedleOfficial to get my picture that was taken there and it doesn’t work. I opened SpaceNeedleOfficial and all I get is a loading sign. I deleted SpaceNeedleOfficial and reinstalled and it’s the same thing. Hopefully this gets fixed so I can get my picture!!!
