New version stop working with my elliptical

I used the old app version but now this app doesn’t recognize my Bluetooth even though my phone is connected to it by Bluetooth

It reads a lot of data, and shows it in summary in the app. But it provides no data export function.
Developer response says I can save to Strava. But still the save contains only a summary of statistics, no timeline or other form of details.
