Ok, so “you can’t get something for nothing”, and “a workman is worthy of his hire”, etc.. Espin the world of work-out education . But if you download this app, which indicates nothing about its cost, just know you need to spend $59 a month to actually use it.
I’d love to try this program cuz I know literally nothing about working out and want to avoid injury and make optimal progress, and improve my diet. But who has got that kind of cash to splash, esp during covid? Obviously some ppl do, but sadly, not all of us.
If the free app with no costly counseling shows up, I am in. But until then I guess I am on my own.

Unlike most other programs, 28 focuses on nutrition, exercise & mental health. It’s holistic approach shifts mindsets and I would think is the key to the success of so many. The amazingly supportive Facebook community is also integral in this.
The iPhone app is terrific - sometimes a little slow to load but packed full of fantastic features that are obviously designed to appeal to the different personalities of participants.
