Almost impossible to connect outside of wifi…making deliveries….wait 10 minutes to be able to close out the order. Way to close the sale…. Can’t make the customer stand there waiting for their signature!!!
Camera (scanner) does not wok with iphone 14! Really going to need this in 3 weeks at convention!!! Call Sams Club if you can’t figure out…their scan & go works great!
No audible notifications that there is an order. Kind of important?!?!?

When you start a search it defaults to alpha entry and it used to start in numerical. It also showed a 10 key keypad to make entering a SKU easy. It is no longer easy to enter a SKU especially if you’re an iPhone user. iPhones native keyboard does not have numbers on it! So an iPhone user has to switch screens to the number/symbol screen. I’m one iPhone user who is not happy with the changes you have made to this app!!!

Not much thought has gone into the design of this app so it’s a source of a lot of frustration and wasted time. Time is money and productivity matters for small businesses, which every Ace is, so it’s really a disgrace.
The recent graphical skin update added a working barcode scanner, which is a plus, but they also decided to hide sales and receiving history behind menus, which is actually the main use for the app day-to-day, so overall it went from bad to worse.
Also on iOS scrolling down on the app doesn’t function right, which is some kind of accomplishment. One step forward, two steps back.
