I enjoy the game a lot, but there is one big issue. When I exit WeHappyRestaurant sometimes, time does not progress. Some of these upgrades take 20+ hours to do so I’m not gonna sit in WeHappyRestaurant waiting for the upgrade to be completed. This is annoying because sometimes, I’ll leave WeHappyRestaurant alone to make some money and to let an upgrade finish but I’ll open WeHappyRestaurant 10 hours later to find that absolutely nothing happened.

I also dislike that there is no help offered in WeHappyRestaurant . I would have contacted them and not left a negative review if there was a help option, but I am not going to go digging around the internet to find a email address from WeHappyRestaurant developers. Additionally, the “app support” link is all in a language that is foreign to me, so I can’t get any help from that.

I really enjoyed this game. I liked that I didn’t have to constantly be playing to earn money, but when I did play there was always something to do. And it’s fun to see the weird creatures the customers turn into. I’ve been slowly earning money to upgrade everything. I’m really close to having all my machines fully upgraded. I thought 85 mil was a little expensive for the final upgrade but I was willing to slowly earn it to master my restaurant and satisfy all my customers. Now with the update all my hard earned money is wasted. Half my customers want some new food that I have no room to build the machines for. So if I want to feed them I have to sell the machines I just spent over 14 million on for just the last upgrade and all I’ll get is a measly 57,000. I’m fine with new foods and all that but then there should be an upgrade on the restaurant to make room for them, or at least give me a fair price for the machines I just spent months earning money to upgrade. I’ll wait to see if this changes but if not, I don’t think I’ll keep playing.

The concept of this game is really fun and I enjoyed the game play. But the upgrades are expensive and take a really long time to the point where it makes the game unenjoyable and boring. I can’t see myself spending much time playing this because the long upgrades stall the gameplay processes. There’s not much really to do while upgrades are occurring so you kinda end up not playing until the upgrades are done. Seems to me like it’s one of those games that makes it so you HAVE to buy the in game currency or “green essence” in order to speed things up a bit. It’s a nice looking game but overall just simply not worth the download when we have so many games like this in WeHappyRestaurant Store that don’t make it so you HAVE to buy something or stop playing until the ungrades finish. I downloaded this game last night and already very bored with the waiting. I doubt I’ll end up keeping this game longer than 3 days.

This was an amazing game in almost every single way almost you may be wondering if he likes it so much why did he gave it such a low rating well glitches my game was amazing at first i loved the art style the little things they say how the game ran but one day when i was in the middle of upgrading my stuff when it tells me sever disconnected i thought nothing of it and maybe its my connection then after a bit i leave to go check my connection after i see its perfectly fine i go see if any other apps are not working ((they worked)) then i tried to report the glitch sadly i saw it won’t let me if I’m not connected to the sever figurers after this i do everything i can to make sure its not anything else but the game messing up and i did i tried everything so i gave up and deleted the game game wonderful glitches not just try to fix the sever disconnected glitch and I’ll probably be happy to restart even though i was rather far in the game in my opinion

I mean it’s fun and funny.. it’s trippy.. if you actually pay for anything your only to end your experience earlier as it is quick to finish the game. The game consists of either tapping your finger repetitively or watching videos. It is addictive, but it is also repetitive. When I first started playing the game you had to have certain machines in a certain line to serve certain customers but while I was playing the game it changed to where you didn’t need to have them in a certain line to serve certain customers and said customers will go to different lines making again less challenging and more easily beat. I just feel like less than a month of gameplay should have provided me with more enjoyment when I did in fact spend money on this. If you’re just starting to play, I don’t recommend you spend any money on this as is it will only take away from the time you spend on the game. And that is the reason for my three star rating.

This game is generally fun, I really like the plot as well. However you wouldn’t like this game without patience. One problem I have is that everything is WAY too expensive. It costs like 100 bucks for the first machine and like 1 million for the next. Plus upgrades are even worse. Then you just have a bunch of angry customers running around my restaurant so I can’t get anymore. Plus build time takes so long. One time I placed two food machines of the same kind and had to wait about 5 hours to get rid of one and make room. It makes you end up waiting to gain a lot of money preventing you from buying anything because you are saving up. Overall, it is a great game and great concept but if things were less expensive I would enjoy it more.

This game is kind of fun and weird but in a funny way style wise. I love the pixel art style of it. But a few issues I have with the game are the fact it’s too expensive to add certain machines and upgrade them all to fill all of the customers needs to the point I’m now finding myself reselling more customers than keeping any, either let us increase the food prices after a while or make upgrades cheaper. Another issue is this game needs more machine options so there can be a variety of items that make meeting customer needs easier. But most importantly this game either needs an epilepsy warning on it or the shake it up animation needs to be adjusted or skippable I know it’s going for a fun bizarre look with the flashing rainbows but for people with epilepsy it can be hard to look at because it made me dizzy a few times and I don’t even have epilepsy. Overall I’m honestly debating keeping this game. I want to like it, but honestly those are my main problems with it and if at least one of the issues aren’t fixed or handled better I’ll be deleting WeHappyRestaurant as I’m not going to be forced to pay to make any progress. For now I give this a 3/5.

I tried looking something up because there’s no FAQ in the game... I have a second production line and no one will order from it. Idk if it’s because it doesn’t have other foods in the production line but I’m pretty sure it’s because it doesn’t have the other things. The customers should have to go to multiple lines to get what they want. Also it’s kind of odd that the black man only turns darker? I mean I thought it was funny but some might find it offensive. Things are also pretty expensive in game. Over all it’s pretty fun but also yeah the money on the counter makes it really annoying to collect because I accidentally keep clicking it. And the school girls breasts seem to get bigger after she mutates a couple times...? All the women show a Lot of skin and have giant breasts and I know this is annoying but I find it kind of disgusting and it makes me uncomfortable. Other than all of that the games pretty fun but I just wish that there were lots of changes and hopefully more variety in people.

Graphics are okay.
Gameplay would be improved by having XENOFOOD augmented humans being okay with eating the current-stage food when hungry rather than walking around with angry thought bubbles over their heads as the current gameplay design impairs basic earnings function.
Gameplay is repetitive, but now tolerable. Since this is a “long game” type, I appreciate the extensive food machine description text since that hints at a longer plot line.
The general game plot is a XENOFOOD AUGMENTATION SCHEME (it isn’t “Terraforming” per say as the Earth’s ecosystem isn’t being reshaped by alien goal tech, but merely a local population is being transformed into alien life forms which can survive in an Earth Climate Zone). Given that basic plot, the obvious parallels are found in the BEN10 universe or Agent Alpha’s goals in the MiB animated series or the WILD CARDS universe (“Wild Card” virus is released changing people into superheroes or unpowered mutations AKA “spare parts for organic spaceships”). A good jumping off point for a much larger longer plotline.

When I first installed this game, it would not connect properly (kept saying I was offline) and nothing was progressing unless I had the game running and open. I didn’t make that much progress, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it worked fine after that for the most part. (I don’t know if it had anything to do with it, but the first install I refused push notifications, and the second time around, I allowed them). However, on a couple occasions, the progress that I made while away didn’t properly update and I didn’t get the “money” I had made. Overall, however, I think this game is worth playing, even with the occasional lack of updating properly. It is SO fun and once you get the hang of it, quite easy to comprehend. The possibilities for combinations of food lines mean it’s a game you can play for quite a while. However, I still feel like I’m making decent progress and the amount of options for game play mean I don’t feel like I have to spend actual money to accomplish things in the game. I also like the overall look and theme of the game - it’s quirky and a little morbid and very colorful with fun graphics. My new fave.

This game was recommended through Soul Knight and I got curious. Few days later and I had fun designing as well as seeing how each customer changed throughout their stay. It was a somewhat relaxing/chill game to play any day.

However, when I’m in a rush to purchase somethings and “persuading” customers, watching those “Rush” video apps doesn’t work. When I tried to rush a construction progress on the machine, it hasn’t registered the action and continue off as if I didn’t press it. It’s been going on like that since I played the game and only successfully registered twice out of the 20 times of trying to see if it works.

Other than that bug, it’s a great game. But I’m hoping that bug gets fixed soon.

So, this game is kinda of a mix with pixels and evil creations that convert people into monsters. Is so addictive! But, of course, the machines are expensive and you somehow need to wait. After all, once you got the trick you get used to it, watch the fun pixelated evolution of creatures, and upgrading the evil machines.
The good thing about this game is that kinda brings you back to the past but at the same time to the future. You have to be very wise on what you do, otherwise you have to use patience.
Now the bad thing is; you have to pay for the guys that are on the office and getting green essences are not easy. Again, you need to be patient and wise on what you do. I wait this helps and enjoy the game!

I really enjoy this game to be honest. Love the design, mechanics, and characters. Definitely a time killer and enjoyable. But i see there’s really not much to do once you upgrade to everything. There’s definitely a lot more that can be added in, like other characters, machines, or quests. My only complaint is I have accidentally bought tables and chairs multiple times because I click on a character to “digest” only to click the table instead. I suggest adding a feature where you can update the interior by clicking on an icon to the side, instead of the actual table or chair. Would be much easier!!! I would also like to see a journal of who is in my restaurant and tells me their level along with the option of whether to sell them or not. This would also make it easier instead of clicking on random people throughout the restaurant to see who I don’t want anymore. I hope you guys continue to update it, will definitely stick around.

So I don’t really mind the fact that sometimes the screen that shows up when you’re idle is incorrect. The game functions fine other than that and I really love the pixel style. It’s- chefs kiss, its great. BUT I would like to see an index of the mutations I’ve already gotten. Maybe there’s one in the game already but I can’t find it. I want to be able to see the numbers of different customers I can persuade, and I want to be able to see the different stages of mutation. Just. In a neat little book. That’s all, great game, good art, even if I see some people having bug issues. I haven’t run into them but I hope those get fixed 💜

I think the game is great overall and that, if played with strategy in mind, can be very enjoyable. If you are patient you will succeed. I have been able to set up 4 rows of machines without spending a dime within just a few days. Plus, for a free game, it does not force any ads on you which is hard to come by in a game. With that said, the ads have stopped working for me after an update and I cannot watch them to progress my machines or to get my free essence. My only reccomendations are to possibly fix the ads and enable a cleaner way to check on what customers i have and what food they want. Thank you!

I love the game and have just recently got it. I have already spent hours on it. I will worn you it’s vary addicting. Would not recommend getting this unless u have a lot of free time because u will waste your time on this. The only bad thing about this is that you can’t move the food making equipment. If they could ad this I would be vary happy. Also u can’t cancel something u started building by accident. And for some reason my game never connects to the internet so I will have to be on my phone on the game to make time pass despite the fact that hours have past it will say no time has passed.

I now give this game 5/5. Once you learn the mechanics, it’s pretty easy going. 6 machines, 5 slots, 6 lines max you can build, so build each row leaving a different machine out. Each customer has specific needs and will only go to the line that fulfills them all so pay attention and build as I said. Ive got 1 more row to build and just a few upgrades. I hope I can finish before anything else is added, IF that’s gonna happen. Have fun!

I downloaded this game off of an add and I am not disappointed. I got it this morning and have been playing all day. I do wanna add that there should be more explanation on how some aspects of the game work and customers should be able to go to multiple lines to get everything they want. But overall 4/5. Very satisfied and interested to see what’s added and changes as time goes on

I give this a five star cause the overall gameplay is great, I also like the idea of the game because you don’t find these games, usually it’s all bright and cheerful for other restaurant simulators. I enjoy dark and more weird things and this was perfect. I hear people complain that the upgrades are too expensive, well, you need to mange your money just like in real life. You can also buy money which you don’t have to, that’s another thing, you can play without buying any thing. Of course, me being underage, can’t make money and have to beg my parents for money. Not having spend money is great.

I have enjoyed the game so far, running 4 lines at the moment. One thing that would make life a whole lot easier is a way to have a lost showing different characters meals so you can compare and see what you need where. You either have to click through multiple angry characters or have to expand details in the persuasion booth. Also, would be nice to have a way to resell multiple different customers. Finding and trying to fight your way through 100+ customers is a little hectic. Maybe a tab with all characters could mitigate both these issues.

I originally started playing this game on my reading tablet and I feel in love with it. At the time, it wasn’t available for iPhones, but when I found out yesterday that it was I couldn’t help but download it. I’ve been playing nonstop since. The only issue I’ve had is that the ads to complete updates will glitch out and wont actually play. I would definitely recommend this game to friend. I would just like to warn that some things in this game could cause headaches or any other issues that I’m not aware of.
