Force Stop the Haiilo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Haiilo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Haiilo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Haiilo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Haiilo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Haiilo.

Fix Haiilo unable to contact server/ Haiilo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Haiilo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Haiilo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
