I won a contest and signed the contract but when I emailed my editor to let her know I signed and uploaded my chapters and her email came up as an error message. So I have been trying to reach Webcomics all day and still nothing and my comic was in review for since Friday! I want my contract deleted or talk to someone that will help me!

How to fix WebComics app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WebComics app on iPhone
Update WebComics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WebComics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WebComics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WebComics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WebComics Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WebComics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WebComics App
1. On android, goto Settings » WebComics » click [Force Stop]

Update WebComics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WebComics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WebComics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WebComics.

Fix WebComics unable to contact server/ WebComics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WebComics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WebComics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WebComics
