After a month of trying to activate my account, I still see the “creating your account, thanks for waiting” message. I guess it will never work.

I’ve been using this app for over a year and their app is frankly pretty awful (their website is a little better but not really great).

In particular their user interface is ATROCIOUS! It is extremely challenging for me to do anything with Lodgify other than view reservations and calendar.

Imitating and editing a booking are extremely cumbersome. This company needs to invest in some halfway decent UI/UX folks because the ones that built Lodgify have no talent.

Update (2/2021) - their UI got WORSE!!! They added in a chat icon so you can chat with their team. They ask you for their email (which they already have since it’s what I use to login) which BLOCKS the icon that allows me to send pre-written email from Lodgify . So I can no longer send pre-written emails from their app. This was literally one of the sole things I could successfully do from Lodgify and now a worthless chat feature has been added that blocks this (guess what - I’ve been waiting for a half hour for someone to respond via their new messaging widget built into Lodgify and no luck).

Run away to a different property management app as quickly as you can.

Won’t let me log-in as a new user with FB or Google. Can’t get past the login screen.

this app.com works fine but Lodgify is a critical part of managing my business and unfortunately it’s not very good. You can’t edit your listing, upload photos... you have to email your photos to your desktop and then upload :( At the moment I’m dealing with bugs and can’t click on a reservation.

As a owner and manager of three listings I do most of my STR management through the Airbnb and VRBO apps. this app is my channel manager for both so a fully functioning feature rich app is critical.

Another issue overall is setting up automated emails before during and after a guest stay. It is not flexible and does not allow you to customize by listing.

I love the lodging team. And Lodgify is a much needed tool for my company to manage our property bookings more easily. The biggest bug is that anytime a guest sends a message through one of the synced platforms, we (and our owners) receive a notification that there is a new booking when in fact only a message has come through. Looking forward to the first update and all that Lodgify will bring with it.

I LOVE this app. I have been so happy with their software (minus the auto sync calendar not syncing every two hours like they say it does. they told me months ago they would look into....still waiting) but I am definitely excited for updates on Lodgify . I stopped receiving notifications a couple weeks ago and they said they will look into it. So now I find myself refreshing Lodgify dozens of times a day to see if I have received messages or bookings. Alll than being said. It’s a great software!

So far Lodgify appears straightforward and easy to use. I have ‘t experienced any of the previously mentioned issues. Thank you for creating it!

App is wonderful! I am so relieved to find this. It is a perfect replica of the desktop version!

It’s great to be able to manage my company on-the-go from my phone. It offers me flexibility. Happy with it!
