I opened MyAltitudeandElevationGPS it was grayed out all I want is my altitude. I don’t like it want something quick for environmental inputs.

Options are unclear, instructions are non-existent, readings seem to vary even though location does not. Can’t find a way to “send” review after writing it.

App does fine, then it won’t let you save a location until you watch an advertisement. AND there’s no way to opt out; no option to pay to get rid of the ads. It does what it’s designed to do, but I won’t be held hostage. Removing app as soon as I submit this review.

It seems you have to watch a 30 second full screen ad to view your saved locations ( one ad per day I think...) Otherwise ads scroll at bottom of screen. Didn’t see an option to turn ads off. I am using MyAltitudeandElevationGPS to know altitude above ground while flying. Not sure how accurate that feature is yet.
I would have rated this higher if ads could be turned off and once the altitude above ground has been proven accurate enough.

...alas, the developer took no thought for those of us who have visual challenges. MyAltitudeandElevationGPS does not properly render Zoomed view (not talking about Zoom under Settings / Accessibility, but rather Settings / Display & Brightness / View / Zoomed) .
