Horrible customer experience. It took me 20 minutes to order online because I had to jump threw so many hoops.
I wish I could actually provide a review of EvergreenRestaurant . However, for the second time in a year I can’t download it. It continually asks for a password to download (even though it shouldn’t) but it doesn’t accept a password. Love Evergreen and will still order but not like this.
First of all, it would be nice for EvergreenRestaurant to say that this is a holiday menu so we would understand why all the dishes are not there.
Next, it is really hard to see where to apply the coupon code. I had to call the restaurant three times and even the woman was confused about it. Fortunately she was very nice but EvergreenRestaurant is not.
Can’t change pick-up time. Otherwise app is good

EvergreenRestaurant is light and quick. It does what it needs to do seamlessly with excellent pictures and clear information. It actually improves the ordering experience over even their desktop site.
