2 years agoI was charged for a premium subscription that I was mistakenly signed up for and charged for. I have cancelled the subscription could you please issue a refund

2 years agoI was charged 5,49 euros when I first downloaded it. I didnt realize it was a monthly suscription until I saw it again on my bank account. What is INNADMISSIBLE is that I was totally unable to undo the charge! Usually when I check my bank acc and I find a charge that I havent accepted, there is a key to return the charge to the company/business that charged me. THE ONLY COMPANY in which I havent been able to do this is Repost, which belongs to Apple/Facebook.

3 years agoBonjour, J'ai pris cette appli hier pour essayer durant la période de gratuité. Or je vois que mon compte est débité. Je suis pour tant toujours en periode de free trial. Merci de m'indiquer comment supprimer l'abonnement. Cordialement

Scam?
I have the same app that I downloaded little while ago. And recently it stopped working for me. So I went to look for the update and didn’t see one. So I did a search for the app name and this app popped up. Same app and developer just a new listing and a need to download. So I downloaded it and I can’t transfer my subscription from previous app to this one which is a total SCAM. What will happened with this app? Stop working and then a new one with same picture icon and name and data will pop up???? Total scam I would like my subscription moved over to this or refunded since I can no longer use the older version of this app. Yes there is no update to be done they just vanished and made this copy of the old one. Very shady imo just another money scheme to gouge people over and over. And they said in the other comments that you can’t save photos to roll??? Wow man bring back my old app and make it work

I’m…not sure what to say..
It can repost just like it claims…but I literally cannot buy the subscription, like I literally want to buy it to try it out, I can’t buy it OR get the 3 day trial then pay. Every time I tap “continue” no matter if I have the free trial highlighted or not it just gives me the message that says “The network connection was lost” or another one that says “An error occurred” . I tried it on my boost’s LTE since I know sometimes our wifi hear can be the problem, still getting the same message. Not sure what else to say lol. Otherwise The app works just fine…..weird

TO DEVELOPERS:
Nothing wrong with this app and I think it's definitely best on the market, BUT I would really like a feature to export multiple of the post I've copied and pasted in there at the same time. Often times when I repost I pull 10 different photos from different posts on Instagram and it is very tedious to back and fourth 10 times 3 times a day. I just want to be able to save them all at the same time. I don't need the app to bring me to Instagram after ever post I export, I know how to do that. Other than that I love this app and it works GREAT for a reasonable price. Great job 🖤
