If I could give it less than one star, I would. It is not intuitive. There is no way to separate the credit from debit, so basically, you are forced into using the credit option even if you have plenty of money in the bank. This is problematic when you have a credit limit, yet you might want to make a large purchase. Then they say, the option is to increase your credit limit. What a sham! And despite the security options on CaixaBankSign , no matter what changes you might want to make, you still need to physically go into a branch to change it because if you change it on CaixaBankSign , it won’t stay. We have had to go 3 times to the branch to simply change our phone number. And still on CaixaBankSign it appears incorrectly, and thus my husband still cannot use his app. And they say to just pop in and it takes five minutes, yet it never is just 5 minutes when because of Covid, you need to stand outside waiting while someone else argues with the security guard, then wait behind the other 5 people in line, and after this 30 minutes goes by, you’re finally in and wait another 5-10 minutes for your agent, and then it takes about 10 more minutes to make the change. It isn’t just a “pop by” ever. This whole experience has been a huge disappointment from the start.

If you have two devices (iPhone and iPad), CaixaBankSign rejects the second device with the same login. The process should be transparent no matter which device might be used.

It does what it is designed to do in an intuitive manner.

Easy to use, logical and much better than it used to be

Takes too long to load, absolutely horrendous that they’ve made the phone the only way to confirm your purchase. Doesn’t work well when your out of data or have bad coverage, absolutely hate CaixaBankSign. Clients want options!

Completely unnecessary app. One app is sufficient for one bank account. I’ve been thinking about switching banks after years of being with them and this is one more thing that’s pushing me to leave.

This is absolutely retarded. What if I don’t have my phone and I need to access my bank account on the computer?? La Caixa Must think that it’s customers have way too much time on their hands, and they want to waste time confirming simple actions through multiple devices… Boo on you

App is not easy to use if you live outside of Spain. You are asked to provide certain codes that you can only get when you are physically at a CaixaBank branch. How can you do this when you live miles away?!?

I got my one use password. As soon as I entered it jumps to the next page to change it. That screen is disabled and I can not enter any value. Like the fields and buttons are disabled.

La Caixa makes everything significantly more difficult than it needs to be. CaixaBankSign is full of bugs and is totally unreliable. I wish I could give it 0 stars. It’s useless.

Hasta ahora nunca había tenido problemas, pero esta semana estoy intentando enviar dinero por bizum. Y cuando me redirigue a Caixa Sign me sale un error (Operation Fail). He desinstalado y volver a instalar la app, pero ha sido peor el remedio que la enfermedad. Ahora ni siquiera me deja activar mi perfil porque me da un error al insertar el código de seguridad que me llega al móvil, después de haber introducido correctamente mis credenciales de CaixaBank. Arreglen esto POR FAVOR!

No he podido activar mi tarjeta. La aplicación es complicada y no funciona.

Esta nueva manera de aprobar transacciones se supone que simplificaría las operaciones para no tener que usar la tarjeta de códigos. Ahora mismo la aplicación falla en conectarse con la de la caixa y no puedo hacer la transacción que quiero. Típico ejemplo de cosas mal hechas que se supone deben ayudarte y en realidad te complican. Mal mal mal

Muy buena la aplicación reduce los tiempos de confirmación y la complicación de tener una tarjeta adicional de coordenadas
