If I could give it less than one star, I would. It is not intuitive. There is no way to separate the credit from debit, so basically, you are forced into using the credit option even if you have plenty of money in the bank. This is problematic when you have a credit limit, yet you might want to make a large purchase. Then they say, the option is to increase your credit limit. What a sham! And despite the security options on CaixaBankSign , no matter what changes you might want to make, you still need to physically go into a branch to change it because if you change it on CaixaBankSign , it won’t stay. We have had to go 3 times to the branch to simply change our phone number. And still on CaixaBankSign it appears incorrectly, and thus my husband still cannot use his app. And they say to just pop in and it takes five minutes, yet it never is just 5 minutes when because of Covid, you need to stand outside waiting while someone else argues with the security guard, then wait behind the other 5 people in line, and after this 30 minutes goes by, you’re finally in and wait another 5-10 minutes for your agent, and then it takes about 10 more minutes to make the change. It isn’t just a “pop by” ever. This whole experience has been a huge disappointment from the start.
