I am unable to get the sign in app - asked for my identifier and code when i entered my information, those codes are already in use ( yes , that would be me in my old google phone ) now use an apple iphone . Very frustrated - please assist . Thank you
I have two accounts by CaixaBank and they both have to have different phone number to receive verification codes when I do transfers . So for one account I am using my IPhone and for other just simple Nokia with prepaid account just for receiving verification code . This phone is really simple “old age” has no App Store or even screen to have Apps , I am not going to buy another IPhone just for receiving verification codes . What’s going to happen to people who don’t have IPhones or Androids and cant have CaixaBank Sign App on their phone or as me having 2 accounts and not able to have both of them on same telephone number.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. It is not intuitive. There is no way to separate the credit from debit, so basically, you are forced into using the credit option even if you have plenty of money in the bank. This is problematic when you have a credit limit, yet you might want to make a large purchase. Then they say, the option is to increase your credit limit. What a sham! And despite the security options on the app, no matter what changes you might want to make, you still need to physically go into a branch to change it because if you change it on the app, it won’t stay. We have had to go 3 times to the branch to simply change our phone number. And still on the app it appears incorrectly, and thus my husband still cannot use his app. And they say to just pop in and it takes five minutes, yet it never is just 5 minutes when because of Covid, you need to stand outside waiting while someone else argues with the security guard, then wait behind the other 5 people in line, and after this 30 minutes goes by, you’re finally in and wait another 5-10 minutes for your agent, and then it takes about 10 more minutes to make the change. It isn’t just a “pop by” ever. This whole experience has been a huge disappointment from the start.

Takes too long to load, absolutely horrendous that they’ve made the phone the only way to confirm your purchase. Doesn’t work well when your out of data or have bad coverage, absolutely hate this app. Clients want options!

Completely unnecessary app. One app is sufficient for one bank account. I’ve been thinking about switching banks after years of being with them and this is one more thing that’s pushing me to leave.
