Creator doesn’t care about the customer
First, I logout of the app before seeing which email is connected. After login out, the app didn’t recognize my login and when it did, it deleted my app. So, I logout again to see if it was a mistake but no it wasn’t. Also, the app freezes and deletes sections after putting info within them. The customer support is all generated templates with a virtual computer program answering with options that I already tried. Also, there’s no number to call and they gave a email but they gave me generated answers too. If the creator doesn’t want to help, why should we give them money every month and all we get is computer generated assistant with template answers!

Furious customer! Paid for a year now they won’t respond I feel robbed!
Furious customer! I Created published and got my app on google play...paid for my app for a full year. So what’s the problem?? Well, IGenApps updated the app maker and I can no longer access or update my paid for app! It requires me to start over in a new platform on the updated version of their software. That means I can’t access the apps that I already created purchased published to google play and yes paid for for a year! I Contacted their support which is only available via email and no reply been waiting months!

I need support!
I love this app. A lot. But I can't use it right now. Everytime I try it says cant connect to a secure network. What's that even mean I'm online!!?! I even tried to position this plea for assistance thru the support link on the app landing page and it says the same thing. Plz help you guys created such a great thing.
