It doesn't allow me to use my email,or even create a new one. -the site itself says error from the programmer close app... I would like to get a bit of help! Or if uptade is not needed I can go without it. Thank you for ur time ur trusty client.

The app ruined my detector and crashed while update. Now detector only flashes PROG LOST. Will not reset and crashes program repeatedly when trying to update.

How to fix QuestGo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QuestGo app on iPhone
Update QuestGo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QuestGo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QuestGo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QuestGo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

QuestGo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix QuestGo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the QuestGo App
1. On android, goto Settings » QuestGo » click [Force Stop]

Update QuestGo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuestGo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QuestGo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QuestGo.

Fix QuestGo unable to contact server/ QuestGo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QuestGo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QuestGo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuestGo
