This game is very entertaining, a lot of fun really, but the ads really kill the mood. I understand that you can pay three dollars for an ad-free experience, but the ads themselves aren’t the problem. I don’t mind watching an ad for a couple seconds, but when the ad time is up and the small “x” appears to close the ad and continue playing, I find it frustratingly difficult. It’s placed inconveniently, almost halfway offscreen sometimes, and rarely responds at first touch. Essentially, most of the time you sit there mashing the “x” button, looking and feeling like a fool. What’s more important to Splashy developer here? The answer is obviously ad revenue seeing as they would sacrifice the user’s experience to please the advertiser instead. I suggest a consistently placed “x” with a visible ad timer, to avoid such frustrations, seeing as I’ve gone to the lengths of uninstalling Splashy and leaving this review as a result of the annoying tactics your ads use.

I used to love this game. There was a new two new updates though, then I started to hate the game. With the first update my game wasn’t calibrated. Everything was off from the center. I stoped playing the game for a while cause it annoyed me. Then there was another update, that I thought was going to fix the problem. It did, but created a new one. Currently my game doesn’t show the circles that you’re suppose to hit to help your score. My sister doesn’t have these problems so it might be just me. I have a really high score and don’t want it to disappear if I delete it. I am not happy with the game so far and I would like it to change it in an update please.

I want to like this game a lot more than I do, but it glitches too many times. I will make it to a platform it will glitch and then there the ball goes. It will freeze when an add starts to play and then freeze after the add plays. I have played other games put out by the same company and almost all of them do the same thing. I have also noticed they have a tendency to screw up my phone. I have a relatively new phone. Less than a year old and after I downloaded one of their games it decided to shut itself off that game was the only new thing on my phone. I don’t download very many games on my phone I have a 2 year old, she sees a game she wants to play it. I took the game off and it quit. Decided a couple days later to try this game out. Same thing. I want to like this game, but not with all the glitches.

I understand the point of this game I just don't like it. I really don't like that if you go around or not on top of the pad then it just stops and you die. And the diamonds don't really have a purpose. Way too many ads I understand that you need to put them in but why so many? And if so many then I suggest that you should make no ads for $1.50 because $2.99 is too much. I am sorry that I had to right this about the game because I know that some people love it. And that's okay because everyone is entitled to have their own opinion. And I feel like this can be a good game but right now I just don't like it. Maybe if you fix the errors of the game it will be more addicting and fun to play. I hope you take these suggestions under consideration.

The game is good itself. It’s entertaining and challenging, it keeps me occupied. Along with the pros come cons. There are WAY too many ads! In between each game there’s an ad, without fail. Sometimes there are even more than one! The game is good, and I understand why the developer has ads in the game, there are just way too many. I would recommend not having as many. I would also recommend an option to revive if you fall. There have been times that I’ve seen the flag that’s always there at the end, and then I fall. I become frustrated that there isn’t a revival option. Most games like this have that option, right? All in all I would say that Splashy is good at keeping yourself occupied, but besides that there really isn’t a good thing about it. I wouldn’t recommend downloading it.

Having been playing this game for a while and thought it was simple but fun and enjoyable. The update has been frustrating and turned me away from the game. although it’s great that you can buy stuff with your gems they still don’t really improve the game any. The game has gotten significantly harder I haven’t been able to get anywhere close to my previous record. The game lags and glitches a lot more. Another big issue is the ads, way to many ads that are long and make me want to go to another game. I understand you need some ads but it’s not worth it to the users to be spending more time on ads then the game. If these were fixed the game would continue being fun and enjoyable. Thank you

The game in and of itself is fun and mindless. I have no complains there.
While it is a good strategy to get people to buy their game, the advertisements are really annoying. They lag the game and make it nearly impossible to progress too far, and then when you die you have to watch a string of long ads that force you to play other games that you can't exit out of. And once you watch them you've got a 50/50 chance of actually being able to play the game, or restarting Splashy all over again to play. Not worth 3 dollars to remove ads, sorry.

I like this game and the idea of it but it is kind of glitchey. By glitchey, I mean, like when I try to jump platforms, the ball stays in the same place. It just keeps happening. Infuriating. I also am not in love with the fact that you don’t have a selection of what you want for the background. You “upgrade” it and that’s what you get. Also, the first time you play the game, it’s super easy to get a high score, and then once you play a few more times it gets harder and harder to beat your high score. Overall, I do like the game and its concept. I rated it three stars, the three for the idea and that I liked it, but the two that I didn’t do was for what I did not like. (Written above)

I will start by saying that I’ve been playing the game since it’s primitive launch. I really enjoy the mindless challenge and that I am able to just zone out while trying to do better than I had before.

The latest update added spikes to the platforms. I absolutely HATE this update! They are seemingly unavoidable once the game speeds up and while I understand the premise of making the game more challenging I feel this wasn’t the way to do it. I can normally make it fairly far into the game before completely messing up but with the addition of the the spikes I find myself no longer wanting to play.

It is a pretty good game, BUT THERE ARE A FEW CONS. 1. It glitches EVERY TIME I FAIL. I don’t know why it does but it does it on my friends phone too and her sisters. It isn’t just my phone. So every time I end the course it glitches to the side a little bit and freezes. ITS SO ANNOYING. 2. I hate it when the circles move side to side when the level is only like 3. I always fail on it and it’s just really hard. 3. The little spike things on some of the circles. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE THERE?! They confuse me so much. Like one time I hopped on one and I failed. But then I just jumped on the circle and it turned into confetti!?? WHAT!!!?? 4. The last thing is why are there so many ads? Like it is really annoying because I’m just trying to play a game and there had to be so many ads. Like WHY?? But it really annoys me when it has an ad when I’m on the course.

Overall Splashy really is ok. The rest of Splashy is really fun. Maybe the company that made this app should improve Splashy a little bit but besides that it SUCKED.

This is a great game, but it could use a lot of improvement. First, the gems don’t do anything at all and it would be cool if they actually did something. It would also be better if there were different modes you can play in. One thing that I noticed is that, the first time you play the game, it is very easy and takes no time at all to get a higher score. Once you get your high score up, the game is more difficult as soon as you press start which makes it extremely hard to beat your old high score because of the change in difficulty. Having the game stay consistently difficult or being able to switch modes of difficulty would be much, much better. Obviously there is also way too many ads and $2.99 is too much, and it’s also very glitchy. Sometimes it crashes randomly and I also can’t select certain skins or platforms.

When I first got this game, it was so much fun! Although it took me about 20-30 mins to become completely comfortable with it, I got used to it and it was very fun. Recently, it had this update where there are levels and it stops you at a certain point. In my opinion, that idea was not as great. When I realized that the Endless version was replaced with the Levels version, I wasn’t as happy.
Maybe you guys could add the Endless mode to the other modes and I think that would make it more fun. Also, it would be cool if you could add some more characters that you can unlock by using your gems. Another suggestion is to add challenges and if you complete all three you can get a prize such as gems, boosters, or characters.

I like this game, but you should have instructions for newbies at the game. It was hard for me to understand for the first half hour or so. You should have a turtorial and how to change the background and all of that! You should be able to change your ball into animals and stuff like that, we should also be able to make ourselves jumping around. We can choose skin color, hair, an outfit and our faces. We should be able to make ourselves talk if we are happy that we got a good score, and talk sad or even mad if we got a really low score like 15. So... there are a couple fixes and changes you should make, but overall, the game is okay and I will keep playing!

Edit: also, there is WAYYY to many adds in my liking! It is a little bit sensitive too. We should be able to choose a mode like hard, easy and medium

Edit: another thing you should do is have less diamonds. The need of that is because they should be worth 5 points and the harder it gets the harder it is to get the diamonds. They should also had 5 points to them every time the splatter things change color

I really like the simple concept of the game! In my personal opinion, I like more simple stuff rather than really complicated things. But there are a couple/few issues I need to talk about in this game. 1. Every time you complete a level, you get an advertisement. This gets really annoying and makes the game seem less play-able with the ads after the levels to most people. 2. I think there should be a bit more work put into this. When I first started playing this I was pretty bothered on how the ball was bouncing and all but it did not really have any sort of animation other than going up and down with splashes that don’t really have an effect that helps give the game a more interesting look. I really feel like there should just be a bit more animation, but not too complicated. Those were the couple of things I had to say about the game. Overall, it was pretty fun with the concept! Also you really did not have to use up your time on reading the entire thing. I just wanted to point some things out. :)

This is such a amazing game! I saw it on my Moms phone and realized I’d never played it before so I clicked it and then that moment I got addicted definitely NOT in a bad way........ I can’t stop playing and would recommend it to anyone, what you do is move your finger or fingers to get on the rainbow pads some of the pads move to make it harder. You can also change the look of your ball and your floor and background. The highest pad bounces I’ve gotten is 229! This game is so much fun and please get this game! I seriously love everything about this game. (Except the fact that the trophies don’t seem to work when I push it. Which is not a huge deal. I was hoping it would open Splashy Store so I could leave a review! You should definitely add an option for that somewhere in the dropdown menu! 😍)

I LOVE all the options. The platforms, the cool characters, the background/scenery. JUST found the option last night to race and about freaked out because racing games are the BEST. So creative and keeps me entertained on my graveyard lunches/breaks. I’ve been playing this, bounceforever and stack jump for about a month and I’m just in love!

I love this game and I have probably spent the better part of 3 hours playing it. It is very addictive and I love all of the different platforms and balls that there are to unlock. I highly recommend this game for anyone who likes something to play to pass the time. However, there is an issue with the new update. I spent all the gems I could on upgrades and it looks very nice, but the scenery gets in the way. At one point the mountain actually blocks the platform making it impossible for me to land on it correctly. Please fix this issue then this game will be perfect. Thanks!

Edit: I also think it would be great to have the option to turn the scenery on and off just like you can change the background from white to black.

I love this game it’s so fun if you were looking at this right now you should buy it it’s free you don’t have to buy anything I love this game I played all the time every day I don’t stop looking at this andgo by the game it is amazing I need to go get the game it doesn’t cost anything that’s what I read about it and I always have to buy stuff on the games this not about anything you can unlock things as challenges that are really cool the challenges are really fun I love this game I read it five stars amazing so go get the game bye

I am really enjoying this game. Though i can only play the game a few times and then my screen turns white or black after i finish a round. It is super irritating because i then have to completely close Splashy entirely and re open it. If someone could please tell me how to make it stop, that would be great! Otherwise this is a great game and i would recommend it to anyone who needs something to pass the time or is just looking for something to do on a rainy day.

this app is a very fun addicting game to me, I love to play it but as with most games, there are its own issues to it. Not including ads bc that’s with every one of these games, and I’m sure all of you are aware of this issue
I’m only going to really complain about the levels. I liked the game a lot more when it was in infinite mode, now that it’s only levels it kind of ruined the experience for me. The suggestion I would give is to have to two modes: infinite AND levels.
Overall I would recommend this game as you most likely will get addicted to it
