Ridiculous constant time gates

Looks like a pretty fun, simple game. What really kills it though is that I was time-gated for 2+ hours after only 10 minutes of playing. Basically you can earn up to 4 chests, with each taking potential several hours to (even up to 12 so far) to open, and you can only open 1 at a time. So 2 hours later you play one level, then 3 hours later you play another level. I can't see this game being fun for long, unfortunately.
Edit: PvP appears broken. There is no balanced matching system so it is rather pointless for new players. Deleting.
Good game but bad customer service

I loved tiny gladiators 1 and when i found out there was second one i did not hesitate to check it out. Once i got it i spent hours and hours and i only had this game for around a week. Anyways one day i went to shop and it said three items cost 0 and i thought this was some one time offer or event so i proceeded to click on and immediately after this happened i had my in game privileges taken away because they “detected in game hacking” and all i could do is stare at my character and their items. So after this i contacted them saying i was wrongfully accused and they responded with something like they will get back to me tomorrow. So i waited days until a week came but then i gave up since they haven’t responded or anything and deleted the game, still no response to this day and its been a month and more.

Pretty good. The combat is surprisingly fun. I played until level 48, at which point I was fighting 3 enemies that were at least twice my “power level.” Only THEN did I realize you can add 2 other characters to your party... and I should have been playing the game with a team of 3 the whole time. This was not explained at all. It’s impossible to move forward with 1 powerful character and 2 absolute noobs (they die instantly). Playing earlier levels to get gear for my newbies has really, really bad rewards (1-2 “tokens” when equipment chests take 100+ tokens). I’m not sure how to progress now. I kind of want to wipe my data and start over, which is a bummer. I was enjoying this game!
