I had subscribed in September for 1 year and somehow with one of their updates I can not log in anymore and the I can access any of the videos, even though I’m already subscribed through NoorPlay Store. Apple won’t issue a refund and this app support have stopped responding. Their subscription worked for 4 months and now it’s not working. I feel that my money is robbed and they seem not to care. Be ware do not subscribe as you might get robbed of your money just like I have..

I didn't see any English subtitles, that's why I deleted NoorPlay . I'm not going to waste my time on an app that lies and says it has English subtitles when it doesn't. So, if you're thinking of downloading NoorPlay because it claims to have English subtitles, don't do it. That's my warning to you, that's all I have to say!

Frustrating after downloading NoorPlay to keep having the same massage of unable to open and have no one to contact I have sent email and no one respond
In a rare number of times when NoorPlay opens its keep freezing and you can’t go back where you have left
It doesn’t support the Smart TV or Apple TV so you can’t watch in a big screen
Just a wast and frustration

Worst customer service ever, I have a paid subscription and since they changed their website I’m not able to watch, I contacted them 10 days ago, they said they will fix, but they absolutely did nothing. I will contact my CC company and dispute the charges. Stay away you can get all these shows for free if you do your homework or if you have IPTV.

I subscribed for 3 months, and got the service for one week only!!!! I contacted customer support, but they didn’t do any thing!! It’s easy to cut my money but hard to provide me with what I paid for. The worst app ever , don’t be tricked with what you see at first . I will make sure to spread how bad it is all over the social media.

NoorPlay is nicely done but functionality is not good. Look at Netflix and try to be close to it.

Most of the time it doesn’t work or it lags. Right now I can’t watch anything and have tried through iPad, and my iPhone

They mention that the monthly subscription fee is 4,99$ But when you click to subscribe for one month you should pay 2 more dollars 6,99$ . And by the way why there is no a free trial in NoorPlay???

I only downloaded NoorPlay to watch The Ottoman (kurulus osman/المؤسس عثمان) and in the first 10 days half of the episodes weren’t on NoorPlay , today they released the rest and the translation and audio in the season one episodes are not timed together, and whenever I click on a season 2 episode it tells me that I have to subscribe which just saddens me because I love this series but now I can’t watch it anymore ☹️

After last update NoorPlay is not working and keeps crashing when I launch it.

I line the aapp but I do not know what you guys did so I can not use Apple TV on my samrt TV to watch this app it gives me either an error or can not record messages although I am not recording, I am only trying to mirror from my apple phone or IPad to my samrt TV using Apple TV ???

thank you for addressing my issue last time. I have iPad Air 2020 and NoorPlay doesn’t support rotation. kindly add the feature of rotating NoorPlay side ways.

Think you should change the player and hope in the new update adds a airplay to cast to tv

NoorPlay is not working using WI-FI but instead only works over cellular internet. I paid subscription. Can someone advise so I don’t cancel ???

I subscribed only to watch Adbullhamid. It is not there anymore nor Ertugrul. So my money went in waste.

Not everything available in the application some of the serial not available

The Video player in the new version is very bad specially when you connect It to the TV. The precious version was much better. How I can bring the previous version back please ?!?

I canceled my subscription because I can’t get English subtitles, but with the swift response I received from your staff with my question, as soon as you have English subtitles I will be back!! Great customer service!!!

Next episode since a lot of your shows on weekly basis

Requires more variety in selection of choices but smooth player.
