I submitted a roadside assistance request through COUNTRYFinancial . I got a status of “in progress” and a reference number. I waited for an hour and called in finally just to find out nothing was on file or in place. Given there is no support for COUNTRYFinancial itself or any place to submit issues, this is literally the only way I can let you know of the bug in your app. Hopefully you can get this fixed and spare more people their time and frustration.
Was with this insurance for almost 7 years, but this super beautiful app says , invalid name, once I am trying to log in!
When I needed to present a copy of my current insurance card, COUNTRYFinancial wasn’t working properly. Kept saying encounter a problem.
Terrible, what’s the point of an electronic insurance card if you can’t access it. I Will get new insurance if the problem isn’t fixed soon.
Not up to standards I expect from CF. Very disappointed with COUNTRYFinancial. Cannot print from the pdf it prepares, AND, the receipt doesn’t even have CF’s name or logo on it! How can it be used to prove payment! REALLY POORLY THOUGHT OUT. Two stars based on a feeble try. Do better!
COUNTRYFinancial doesn’t allow you to edit your profile information. I have a new email, so I have to quit using COUNTRYFinancial and go back to paper.

I have tried several times to simply register my policies on COUNTRYFinancial. The DOB tool does not work. It shows only Jan, Feb, Mar. Yesterday it only showed dates up to the 21st. I deleted COUNTRYFinancial yesterday and reinstalled COUNTRYFinancial today. Now the dates are 1 through 31, but the months are still Jan, Feb, Mar.
I am running the latest OS on a brand new iPad. Tried it on my old iPad with latest OS and same result. Same on my iPhone X Plus with latest OS.
Step into 2021 and offer Face ID too!
Would be nice and convenient to be able to store card in apple wallet like other insurance companies offer..
Great app. It would be great is the insurance card could be added to the Apple Wallet for faster retrieval.
Good job adding face recognition. Some phones don’t have a fingerprint recognition capability.
Suggested improvement: include the capability to import insurance cards to Apple Wallet. St Farm has this and its very convenient. Thanks!
