Flip Timer stopwatch Reviews

Timer works ok. However, I could not shut off timer when it went off. When I tried to close FlipTimerstopwatch , a video ad comes on, extremely loud and hijacks my phone for 5 seconds before the ability to close is enabled. The problem is further exacerbated by the fact that once the close is enabled, it doesn’t work so your stuck or the entire video ad.

I’m giving it one star because it looks great and works if you leave your phone with FlipTimerstopwatch on the screen exclusively and stare at it using your mind powers.

But if you set it to countdown for several hours and then say, I don’t know, go use your phone or live your life or set your phone down to DO SOMETHING ELSE BESIDES STARE AT THE SCREEN then let me tell you my friends : FlipTimerstopwatch will not provide accurate time keeping. And that can lead to heartbreak. Ask me how I know.

It’s pretty. And it works for short timing if you dedicate your entire phone to it.

I feel like the game is too slow. I had picked an alarm but the alarm did not go off. But when I chose the back round music it worked perfectly. But I had picked a really jazzy alarm and I was so excited to hear it when it didn’t go off. And when I want to pause or stop the alarm it does not stop or pause until I push it ten or fifteen times. YOU REALLY NEED UPDATES. Please do updates. For now I’m gonna delete game. It’s not worth putting my storage when it won’t work. JUST UPDATE

I get that free apps are funded by ad revenue, but these ads are a too much and make FlipTimerstopwatch unusable. Sometimes there is no way to close the ad (no X in the upper corner) and you have to force close the whole timer app and re open it. Ads take up the whole screen and won’t go away, making this frustrating and useless as an interval timer for any type of training.

I paid the $1 and am happy now and it works great. But it shouldn’t be so painful to use a free version as a test before spending money to unlock it.

Very well thought out app great for summer reading and using a ⏲ timer! So the one ☝️ thing is that I wish their was more skins to start out with!!! And the sounds were better but other wise amazing 😉 app! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🥳🥳🌈🌈😀😀😁😁🤩🤩

Once you start a count down you can’t stop and reset it. You have to wait until the clock runs out to start over again.

I love that this does landscape mode. That’s the winner for me.
I took off a star because when the timer is running it decreases the volume of the music on my headphones. I seriously dislike that given the timer & my music are my main focus tools. Please fix!

This timer is simple, straightforward, and efficient. The big numbers are perfect when you’re making a video or audio recording with a time limit, and need a timer that’s easy to read. It remembers your last several time settings for convenience.

This timer has an old school nostalgic interface that just makes me happy when I use it.

I have been using this flip timer time and again to record time lapse to most of my laboratory work and reaction phenomenons. I found very helpful and beneficial.

I wish the background music could be continuous rather than repeating the same track in small segments. Love the train sound. Nice app overall.

Large, bold numerals, times are in minutes and seconds, which is more meaningful than hours, extremely easy to set, run, and customize.

Works well. Big numbers are easy to see. I use it for timing my meditation. FlipTimerstopwatch prevents the phone from going to sleep which is helpful. The ads are distracting but I understand they need to make money for FlipTimerstopwatch. Highly recommended.

I paid to have ads removed, and it worked on my iPhone but my iPad still shows ads, even though they are both the same Apple ID

Using it to pace an online Tai chi class I teach. Very handy and easy to see. Nice that it saves previous time lengths used, which is exactly what I need from day to day. Good job!

I think that FlipTimerstopwatch is amazing because if you have to do something at a time you can put it on here, and then it will ring when it is time to do the thing.

I wish there was a beat timer that could be adjusted as number of beats per minute. Have not been able to find metronome that’s satisfactory or even close. I use this for a one minute timer for eye exercises to combat a brain injury. This is the most satisfactory app I have found

Had to order the full version since the apps were very disruptive. But I guess that’s the point, huh? I really like the clock and the countdown app. Easy to use. And great to have on your desk while you are working so you keep track of the time to your next time.

FlipTimerstopwatch works really well and I down loaded it on my iPad (it didn’t have a timer ) the only thing they could improve on is having more ring tones and giving them all to you for free (you only have to watch a video to unlock one so it isn’t actually that bad)really nice app that was for free!

I enjoy the various options FlipTimerstopwatch provides. I’ve been using it for several years now. Thank you for its development.
