This game was great. I’m not the type of person to spend money on games like this, but I will watch some ads to support them. But this recent update is a scam. They added quests which isn’t a bad thing if they did it right. Right now none of them are hard. All they do is slow down progress for no reason (read: make you spend money). And after you complete these quests you get to wait at least an hour, up to THREE DAYS to continue to progress to the next zone. I was easily able to get to the last zone in a couple hours at most. Now it’ll take me four or five days. Of course if I just spend ridiculous amounts of money I can bypass this. All this update did was add “features” with the sole purpose of spending money or watching even more ads. It was already fairly excessive the amount of ads you had to watch to boost your stuff. This is a joke of an update and not the first time they’ve ruined this game on an update. At least in the past they fixed it (only took months). Disgraceful.
New update is ridiculous
by Hitter412
This was something fun to check up on on lunch or whenever I had a minute. It was fun ungrading products and buying new benches. I had gotten four factories to unlock, now they’ve split the each factory into 6 sub-factories and now you need to watch 8 30 second adds each to max out your boost, meaning I’d have to watch roughly 96 minutes of ads a day just to keep my boost filled, that’s not counting th ads to speed up each factories product upgrades which are available every hour. They lost me on this update. It was a fun little thing to do with a moment of free time. I have work and a family and other things to do. I can’t devote two hours a day to mining as revenue for the devs. The worst part was they advertised the update as “we added 24 new factories!” No you didn’t, you just split up what everyone already had and had unlocked into smaller factories. Let me know if you ever change it back. I’ll come back
Deceptive business practices
by Ggrreviewer
First off, I do find the game somewhat enjoyable, but my recent experience with support has nearly ruined the entire game experience for me.
I recently purchased the no ad upgrade and discovered a detrimental effect to gameplay. Prior to the purchase, you could watch 15 ads for a reduction of 7.5 hours on the product upgrades. After the purchase, you are only able to to press the button 5 times for a reduction of 2.5 hours.
This was brought to the attention of Kolibri and I was informed this was a balancing effort for the purchase.
Unless the purchase directly explains there is going to be a 67% reduction in efficiency for the product upgrades, a purchase description of “Direct advantages without watching ads” should imply you would get the same benefits with no reductions.
After several days attempting to address this issue with Kolibri, I would never recommend this purchase to anyone and would also recommend people avoid this company in general if this is what they view as appropriate behavior from a business.
Fun until glitches started
by Frustrated Tycoon
It was great until all the glitches with the videos started. I have to go on and off about 10 times every time I want to double my idle cash now. Fix these glitches and I might play again.
Oh, and stop making the game worse. Not fun building things up (skill points that add time on production), having a change rolled out where it sets you back and now you have to wait until you can build back up the time because it isn’t ready in development. Been waiting for new factories far too long because development is slow on those too. Coming soon should really be stated as coming never.
This was an awesome game up until the middle of September.
I put about 15 hours into this game over 3 days, and would have spent more time. However, although ads are not required, like with most mobile games you can choose to watch an ad to get some advantage. I would watch the entire ad and when it finished the whole game would freeze and I wouldn't get the advantage and I would have to hard close out of the game and try again. This didn't just happen once or twice but consistently, in order to get the advantage I would have to watch 2-4 ads closing in between to get it to actually recognize that I watched it. Super frustrating and made it where I didn't want to come back into the game to keep playing. So I've deleted the game.
Getting too idle.
by ZenotoX
I love the game still, and as I have more time on my hands I’m find with letting it sit and build up, but this update with the new quest wait times...
One reason I enjoyed this game over all other idle games is that it was an idle game I wanted to play actively. I would never really want to put it down and idle. I would keep it open and optimize my income and check things. Which meant I kept watching ads to make sure everything was topped off before I inevitably had to put it down. With these new wait times I feel it’s way too discouraging, especially if it happens on every prestige. Maybe if it was beyond the previous 30 max tables it would be better, but rn it makes you idle but also makes you active in the wrong ways.
Update made it worse
by Jnachtig
I played since it came out. Originally you could advance all 30 levels as long as you had earned the money. With the update they made it harder to advance, similar to the Idol Miner, every 5 levels has a break point. But unlike idol miner they added several layers to overcome.
So you have update the items (6 at first then 3) AND you have to wait a predetermined time (1 hour to 3 days) after you clear the items. In miner you only have to wait the time. The result is that it takes more than a week so advance all 30 levels and then more time to earn enough money to trip prestige and start again.
I get you wanted break points, but choose 1 or the other not both. It is a idol game, you don’t need to make it hard, it is supposed to be a fun time waster.
I like it a lot
by Utteryfly
I love the game but I have 2 issues; I am unable to change what each workstation is producing and it is really annoying because I’m trying to get workstations 21-25 in the general factory. Other than that I have a problem with the event factories. I can’t get anywhere near the end of them. If you could make it where that earn money three or four times faster than normal then I would be happy. But still it is so addicting that i stayed up until twelve at night playing this game. Please just fix the problems I mentioned.
Enjoying it
by EternallyNot
Truly enjoying this. A bit more than Idle Miners, which was also a fun distraction. I think what I enjoy about this a bit more is the decisions for the production line. Sell the cans or use them to build the toasters, etc. At current stage, I like that there is a tad a less complexity tracking as in the miners game. Associating the managers bonuses with the right locations was just a bit more than I had free time for. This hits the right balance for me, personally.
Hoping to see an update with a production summary pane to make it easier to review output/input needs. Would make it a perfect 5 for me at that point.
I work in as a EMT & as a volunteer firefighter so needless to say my phone doesn’t always stay in pretty shape. I want a game (coughs) like idle miner tycoon which is by the same devs. Yet for some reason when I have to purchase a new phone my data restores to only that game & one other that I have made purchase on. Now if you are going to have a “restore button” please make it actually do something! I shouldn’t have to contact customer support again, for them to see all my purchases & them tell me please don’t delete the game (as if I am destroying my phone on purpose) so until the day comes when that little button actually does something, no support from me! Take care everyone otherwise.
Please no quests
by Kanaya_maxbauer34
I love IdleFactoryTycoon absolutely love it but please don’t add quests on there the one I have at the moment is impossible to do because my upgrades are almost all reds and I need silver... that’s past silver even if I was to prestige I still wouldn’t be able to do the quest because you don’t loose your upgrades, and I’m thankful for that I love my upgrades I’ve worked hard for them. Please don’t add quests if you have to make them reasonable for people like me who have high upgraded parts who can’t go back and don’t want to go back. By the way for a better example I need silver phones I had green and I need silver TVs I have red I can’t do those to get the next area :( please fix this
Good fun little game
by Onthewalliwalk
Games a blast don’t get my wrong love it and have spend hours on it. Only thing I personally think could be changed is to have the events last longer 2 days just isn’t long enough and makes it feel like the game creators are really pushing for me to toss out some real cash to get past and just get bronze badge for the events. The idle miners events last for 9 days which I wish idle factory would do the same. Heck make the food factory a permanent factory because the foods are totally adorable. Would be a 5 star if the events were longer. Other than that great little game.
Another great job, FluffyFairy!

I have played your other game, and I liked it though it is slowly getting more boring. Anyway, I just recently got this game and like the new ideas. I like how you have to think harder to figure out what to produce and what to send down the line or sell, though this may make me frustrated later, I don't know. I'll add a few suggestions to this review later when I think of some and have had more time to play. Overall this is a great game, but I rated it 4 stars because it is new and I would like to see how much you improve it before giving a five-star rating.
(Every time I leave a space between lines, it means that I am making an edit.) I found a very minor thing you could fix: for the production assistant, it says, "You can now click on the Warehouse Manager - he will help you setup the production for you!" At the end, I suggest leaving out the "for you," or leaving out the "help you." This is just a minor grammatical error I found, so sorry if I sound nitpicky.
Long Review, Explaining Some Things.
by They Call Me The Reviewer
Starting with gameplay and simple stuff. This is an ideal game for those who wish to spend little time on something, then check back later and continue a cycle. It’s also somewhat satisfying to see your business and production grow.
This is an idle game, you aren’t really expected to stay on the game so much, hint why it’s idle. That’s what makes it mildly fun, to come back and see what you’ve made, and upgrade to make even more. I’ve seen couple reviews saying it’s hard to keep with and stay on, but you aren’t supposed to. (Unless they are referring to it the other way around, which would be that it’s boring and they prefer not to keep checking on it, and that’s that for some people)
Otherwise, I say it’s an okay game. Way overpriced micro transactions though, so unless you are willing to smack a $5 bill into this game to only double your production, I would say get ready for a grind.
Overall and simplified. Expensive micro transactions, fun idle game, okay animations, good free game.
Ive notice the reward for getting far isn’t as exciting to keep continuing playing. By far this game is very addictive and fun. The best thing i get excited about is Prestige, how the whole game lade out is quiet nice!
Why not add a special prestige, with a different difficulty for ones whose decently far ahead (Im not far ahead lol) Idea?: complete everything and get a special trophy? (I dont know if you have that feature yet but just asking)
Why not add a “visual difference” between the speed of the workers from Normal to the boost effect?
I appreciate the new feature where your not able to move forward without complaining quest. Why not also make leveling up a little more difficult?: Trying to figure out who, at what talk requires more attention to produce better products. Different NPC skills?
If this is read, I appreciate you reading it. I like this game better then “Idle Miner” because is more interesting and a little mote difficult.
I do appreciate that you make the difficulty still interesting to the point ones dont quit.
Thank you for you work
Perfection!
by Enigma2977
I started with Idle miner and this game popped up in the ads. I gave it a shot. Hundred of hours later and the final update has almost made this the perfect game. Pure enjoyment and addictive but won’t make you go broke. I spend about $5 every 2 weeks, but it has saved me hundreds of dollars on not paying for other games.
I have one minor issue with this game. This game is so good that I know longer have any desire to play their other game ie miner.
Second issue that needs fixed. I should be able to sync through iCloud so I can play on my iPad where I left off. You can’t right now. I can on idle miner, so I know it can be done since almost every aspect of miner has now been implemented into factory.
Great Game. One of the best in IdleFactoryTycoon Store.
Looking forward to the next district or their next game.

This game is getting on my nerves and the reason that is, is because every time that I get on the game it is fine. Then the game tells me to go to the map ok. When I click the map it completely logs me out of the game itself every time. I like the game of course but the map though is getting on my nerves. I’m just saying could you think about fixing that. I will rate this game a 5 cause it is good on everything else. I know how hard you work getting the games working well and your probably working on other things but please try to fix that. Thank you for reading this message.
Great but not great
by Review The Games Girl
So let’s just jump in. This game is great if you’re just in the car and need something to un-bore you. Yet it is a horrible game if you have something to do or if you hate tapping on you’re phone one million times. This game is cool because it’s like you own you’re own company. Although it gets boring when you’re money starts to go down. Because obviously you can’t do anything. Some fixers I think this game needs is that the super cash gets tricky to earn and everything is priced really high. This overall is a great game and I personally think only experienced tycoon players should play this game.
I have waited and it has paid off.

So I rated this game 5 stars since it’s release and made note in my last review of there being no managers as is in their other game “idle miner tycoon”. However they have changed this game up quite a bit, from artwork to new or combined mechanics. One of them being managers. 😄 Proud to see them implemented. Anyways the developers of this game are very dedicated as they have been working simultaneously on this game and their “idle miner tycoon”. I’m sure they have taken major amounts of feedback and suggestions. Wether they truly noticed my last review or not they are doing a great job at making some truly one of a kind idle games. 5 stars will stay. 👍
I have been playing this game for a while now and I got use to the first factory having a challenge to it. I understand it is meant to help people who just started and I love that you guys are trying to make it easier for people who just started. Just a thought would be to Change the last stage back because I find it extremely easy to do things. I really enjoy the game and that you guys are trying to make it easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
