I’ve been playing for two days and have three paint buckets. I need thirty to complete a task but it will never give me paint buckets just spools. I have 35 spools and would have way more but I just reset the shipment and wait. Can you make the shipments an “Either/Or”(paint buckets or spools). The game is not fun if you can’t obtain stuff I need, especially if I don’t even have an option. The game play and graphics are great. The game is well above average except for the inability to acquire certain building material.

The game started off really fun. I even paid for the commercial free version. However as soon as I paid, I stopped receiving manager cards in the chests of the main game. And would receive the same manager card 9 times in a row during the challenge games. If your looking for an idle game to pass time with, this one isn’t a good fit. It’s more frustrating then fun.

It’s a fun game but typical cookie cutter. Starts out good but as you progress you hit a paywall.

So apparently you need these “medals of prestige” to get to the next factory, to get the medals you need to do the logistics build order things, well you need the purple blocks to complete those build orders, however once you have all 3 slicers and upgrade them to a certain point, you no longer produce the purple blocks, you only produce the colorfyl ones which dont work for the logistics building, and theres no way to undo those upgrades, so now i can no longer get purple blocks which means i can no longer build the logistics thing to get medals of prestige, and therefore there is no way for me to get to the next factory, all i can do now is keep getting money and upgrading whatever dumb equipment i have, pretty stupid programming, this game is trash

Fun idle game with great graphics

However latest update is absolutely filled with bugs. Warehouse fork lifts get bugged and don’t unload causing the production to stop. In addition the mission quests won’t complete even though you’ve achieved the objective (Move to Candy Combine).

Developers please fix the bugs… and provide in game compensation for the current players, many who have spent real money on this game.

Emailed devs twice to resolve an issue with the game and got the same “It will be fixed with an update soon” message. It’s been over a month and no resolution has come. At this point, I feel like I just wasted the money I spent to get the legendary manager. At least I won’t have to worry about wasting anymore money on this game.

I really liked this game. I’d been upgrading to new factories and getting higher. Then one day I’d not only lost all the managers but all the progress I’d made with them. Most were at level 6, 7 or 8. Now I have none. I’ve spent a bit of money and to lose everything is beyond not okay. I’ve reached out to support and keep getting told a fix is supposedly on its way. That was over 3 weeks ago. How long does a fix possibly take????? I honestly wouldn’t play this game. If for some reason it gets changed, I’ll update my rating. But until that time, I don’t appreciate getting ripped off by the game developer.

It's very frustrating to enjoy a game but not to be able to play it well due to bugs. All of my managers have been completely wiped three times now. At the later stages of the game it is essential to have them leveled up for their bonuses. This includes the managers that I had gotten from the vip pack that said they would be permanent.

So many bugs showing up leading to no progress in the game at all. What was a good little game has now turned into a bore, and since it doesn’t work anymore and the only response by the developers is “we are sorry you encountered this” with no fix - there are other games like this that aren’t as buggy.

I thought this was a neat game. Something to entertain me while I’m watching tv or whatever. Build up my characters then some kind of glitch erased half of my progress. The issue is I’m now stuck and can’t do anything else because of the glitch.

Emailed the help desk and they said they can’t do anything about it.

Dumb

I emailed the developers about the bug 2 weeks ago but still nothing. The daily login chests and second won’t open, but the main problem is one of the rewards I got from the orders was a chest. If I can’t open it then I can’t proceed to build up to the next level. Even on the daily chests it won’t give me anything but with start the timer over as if I did.

I don’t think anyone is actually developing the game anymore because I’ve seen other reviews and nothing has changed

Stop shoving tutorial down my throat and let me play the game. Stop forcing me to hire workers. Stop forcing me to buy truck. Stop forcing me to improve mega blender. Stop forcing me to click on trucker. Stop forcing me to waste ad skip tickets on vip investor I don’t want to get. Let me destroy money you shoved down my throat from vip investor. Stop forcing me to click on truck. Stop forcing me to claim quest reward. Let me destroy money you shoved down my throat from quest reward. Stop forcing me to build jelly thickener. Let me destroy jelly thickener you shoved down my throat. Stop forcing me to claim quest reward. Let me destroy money you shoved down my throat from quest reward. Stop forcing me to open orders screen.

After days invested into the game all of my manager cards disappeared rendering the game useless. Do NOT get. There are countless bugs, including game ending ones.

I enjoyed this game until it took all my cards witch multiple my price to my machines smh dont not play

Firstly, having to wake up workers once every 30 seconds is really annoying and ridiculous considering the workers just decided to “fall asleep” and production just stops. Then there’s a whole bunch of stuff that was never introduced and doesn’t have a tutorial such as the blue tokens or blueprints needed to advance to further areas. This made the game all over the place. Secondly you can’t even produce the jelly stick when offline so you must be online to produce them. This is also really annoying considering the fact you have to wait an average of 30seconds to a minute for one single jelly stick to be produced and you usually need dozens to complete a order or to build something.

This game is using the same engine as Lumber Inc. It uses the exact same strategy. If you’ve played Lumber Inc, there’s really nothing to see here. I’ll admit, they did put some decent work into giving the game a different skin, and there are a few enhancement that I really like. But unfortunately, this game is also really glitchy and has several bugs that still need ironed out. I found myself needling to restart the game several times. Overall, I think this game doesn’t really present anything new or interesting.

Like a lot of other reviewers here, I love this game. Or I did, anyways. It’s fun, addictive, and a great way to waste time! However, there seems to be a common issue that hasn’t been resolved. I opened the game to play the other day and all of my managers had disappeared! I read some other reviews and saw that other people had the same problem. It’s very disheartening, as I spent a lot of time, and even some money, on this game. It’s not a huge deal, as it’s just a game, but just want other people to be aware before they spent their real money on the game. I did reach out to support about this issue, but have yet to hear back, unfortunately. I would love to continue playing this game, but this has been an ongoing issue that hasn’t been fixed yet. I might play again one day if the problem gets fixed!

I’ve enjoyed playing the game but I’ve notice that after upgrading certain equipment the game glitches & the amount of money I should be making off the upgrades is reduced to the previous level while the cost of upgrading remains at the increased amount. This is very frustrating & makes the game seem kind of pointless if it’s actively working to prevent progression in a way that doesn’t seem fun or like a challenge. I assume this is a bug but it’s likely done on purpose by the developers to keep people engaged which is a shame because it makes me less inclined to play the game if the time I put in is actually meaningless

Starts out fun but becomes tedious VERY quickly. As you progress you need more and more things to progress, and I mean exponentially. You need so many things to advance and upgrade your buildings that it will either take you MONTHS to move up a level or you will absolutely need to spend money and watch ads until you go blind. Honestly even with spending money and ad-watching it will still take forever to progress.

Unless you’re a fan of watching endless ads and spending copious amounts of money on an idle game, I’d say you can go ahead and skip this one.

First off this game is fun and addicting, it’s so addicting I bought the VIP package so remove the ads and get the legendary manager. I played for a little bit after I bought the VIP package and the game crashed, I reopened the game and I lost every single manager. I had 8-9 managers at level 7-8 which takes some time to get, plus the vip manager which I paid money for. There’s been multiple times where the game just crashes and it sets you back a few mins which is fine, I get it stuff happens, but to lose every single manager is a bit crazy, so I messaged the support team multiple times and got zero help on the situation

Several times I’ve played for a couple hours to accomplish something, then the game glitches setting me back to where I started.. Extremely frustrating making me not want to play at all.. 😡😡

Why prestige (moving to new factory) resets both quest progression AND ads booster time???
It doesn’t make sense when I unlock a new factory my completed orders (which takes a long time to finish) goes back to zero :/
I won’t play or watch ads anymore

The game was fun at first. The ads aren’t forced on you. I’m on the advanced dessert factory and I never got my coins from the task. Now the game has a glitch after a few minutes of playing the forklifts don’t drop off the products. Just basically go around I a circle and do nothing. It definitely makes all the work I put to get to this point worthless. If I keep having to leave the game and come back in what’s the point of playing. It seem to me from my experience and the other reviews the developers don’t really maintain the game at the higher levels. I hope they read this review and the others and get it fixed soon or in the trash this game will go.

I have lost everything I have bought in the game twice now! This game is rigged to make people buy everything multi times! Reporting everything to apple this time!

It’s a good idle game, however, I have one major issue. It’s when you are trying to complete workshop orders. You need certain supplies (that you receive from completing other/regular orders) and 95% of the time you keep getting offered the same supply. For instance, I need 30 cans of paint and 30 (what I think are) spools of wire. I have 70 spools of wire and 3 cans of paint, and I keep getting offered more spools of wire. It’s to the point that the game isn’t that fun anymore. If it stays this way, I’ll probably stop playing which is too bad because it could be such a fun idle game.

I just downloaded the game via tiktok advertisement. But when I tried opening BerryFactoryTycoon it just sat there saying loading. Tried to re-open BerryFactoryTycoon and nothing changed, But based on other reviews it sounds great.

Could be fun but I have to keep restarting the game because all of the forklifts stop working. They just drive around but nothing gets dropped off and the delivery truck just stays put.

This is a good game, but there can be some serious improvements made to make the gameplay more enjoyable. I second that the berry truck picking up from the orchard should stop at multiple locations if it is not full. It’s wasted money sitting on the table. Second, there should be more than one blender truck. The blenders fill up so quickly and need to pause, but blended berry storage can have two trucks? Doesn’t make sense if you want production being full at all times. Especially since blended storage has much more space while the blender does not. I’ve noticed that instant sale is not staying active the entire time. Also, why can’t the truck come quicker during instant sales? The it takes 5-10 seconds which is wasting time and makes the game seem not as monetarily friendly. Do we get to make road adjustments outside of the factory like the ads for the game portrayed? I feel like I was scammed because I thought this was more complex. There is also a building on the property that does absolutely nothing. Does it have a purpose?

I see this game as having potential to be amazing, but there are so many lacking features and/or promises made that are not there.

I love this game, but this morning I woke up to play while I was waiting for the coffee to brew and I had lost all of my managers that I have worked to get. All of the upgrades I had to the managers had been lost. I would give this game a perfect five star review if hadn’t been for that

the game was very fun in the beginning and i was about to start to spend money to level up faster & the next time i went to play it had completely restarted on all of my upgrades. i really wanted to love this game but now i dont want to start over what ive already done 🥲

I bought 100 tokens and 100 gems and never received them and I can’t restore my previous game

Hey! I absolutely love this game! It’s just that during the events, I started to notice recently that I’ll get quests asking me to earn a certain amount of ae or ad when I’m barely earning trillions. It makes it very difficult to move forward when I can’t earn chests through quests which is frustrating and might lead me to quit the game.

I like this game but the trucks don’t pick up product. You have to restart the whole game over and over again!!!!

The first few days of playing were fun but after a little bit it gets really hard to upgrade your factory and managers. They get you hooked on the game so you will spend money to progress.

One of the trucks stopped loading my thickened jelly. It’s my fastest machine that I used to get money quicker and all of it is stacked up, none of the trucks are grabbing it to bring to storage to sell

I really like this game, but there are a few bugs that are a bit annoying.
1. Drivers stop delivering/picking up product to move it to the warehouse. I usually have to exit the game and go back in to make them work again.
2. I worked really hard to upgrade managers and when I logged in just now, they were all gone. I really hope this is restored soon.

I really like your game! However, since opening the Advanced Dessert Factory, the game has been glitching. If I can’t unlock the second glazer until the next factory , why are the jelly bars not being picked up?? I can barely finish logistics orders at this point.

This is quite a nice game to pass time. I enjoy it, I like how even after you upgrade factories you still keep your managers and such. The only thing I don't like is the 2 hour max offline income. It's an unconventional if it makes me buy the vip for nearly $20 bucks just to have a 10 hour max.

I’m not a huge fan of the idle style games but this one is decent. You’re able to level reasonably fast and there’s plenty to work on. I don’t love that there’s so many different things to level but I do like that even though there is so much, you’re not having to spend money to progress.

Fun but you spend a lot of time waiting for the money to build up to upgrade

Game worked just fine up until I logged in and all my mangers were gone, I had every manger and they just all disappeared

Could use instructions that are a little more specific and simple so that I can understand it when I’m stoned.

This is one of the best factory games I have ever played.

There is always something to do in the factory.

The game is interesting once you figure out what to do. The tutorial could be more informative the game kinda makes you figure it out on your own. Which is what you do in the real world when you start running a business.

The gameplay is super simple!

It’s basically Jell-O factory, so how can you resist I mean straight up it looks like a Jell-O factory where you pick the berries you make the berries into juice and then you turn into Jell-O game that’s why I rated it. Five stars really good game recommended recommended to your friends and you so go get it now. What are you waiting for?

I would marry the manager of the factory, but unfortunately she is drawn....

Overall 5 star game but after a while the forklift drivers just drive around with material never dropping off or picking up.

2. The ads freeze after you finish watching them for the order bonus so the only way out is to exit the game so it refreshes and making you watch the ad again to get the bonus. Kinda lame if you ask me.

Graphics are great chill and easy gameplay also doesn’t shove ads and “special offers” in your face like most mobile games. Ads are optional and aren’t required to proceed, nice to see there are non-greedy games developers still out there.

You are one of the first type of these games that isn’t add forced. ( to my knowledge) and I applaud and appreciate. The optional adds actually help the player! Also the machines change over time which keeps the game fresh and interesting! Please keep this streak up
