I love this game. Really obsessed with it, playing for more than two years with my both accounts. Often spend real money for the cups, but! When they started new event with free diamonds, one of my accounts lost all the diamond progress and most of the game progress. I never missed a day, opening game for several times a day to get free diamonds. And didn’t want to start from the beginning. I told about my problem to customer support, they didn’t even normally read my message and gave me an answer “you should open the game at least once a day”. R u serious?! And that’s it! I checked my problem again, about progress (and yes, my account is linked, so I wasn’t afraid to lose progress). They gave me email address, where their technician can help, but guess what? No one ever answered. No one ever solve this. So playing for more then 400 days I need to start over the most of the games. And is wasn’t even my fault. I never write bad reviews, but now if the final peak.
