Hey I was just wondering I just redownload romance club and the sound for the stories do not work it happened before a year ago too on my old phone and I have turned off sound and turned back on and restart my phone but it’s still not working is it a bug?

Umm whenever i open the app it's home screen shows and says“loading... ” and it keeps on loading and the game doesn't start
I play arcanum season 3,episode 10 and the audio is not playing. I already try to turn off the sound and on again but it didn’t work. Same with changing the language and exit the app. This happens with sins of london and i have to play without the audio playing. So is there anything i can do? Perhaps i should uninstall and reinstall the app back?
