NON FUNZIONA NIENTE!

Sono diversi giorni che sto cercando di completare la domanda per lo SPID dagli Stati Uniti. Quando cerco di inserire il mio indirizzo mi dice invariabilmente “ERRORE_ 450”. Ho provato con Chrome con Edge in modalità anonima, cancellato i cookies e la cash: NIENTE!. Ieri sono riuscito a chiamare il servizio clienti. dopo 20 minuti di attesa in linea sono stato al telefono per mezz’ora con un tecnico gentile che però non ha potuto aiutarmi. Che perdita di tempo e di denaro! Sono stato poco meno di un’ora al telefono DAGLI STATI UNITI!
Il tecnico mi ha chiesto di mandare per e-mail uno screenshot con l’errore cosa che ho fatto. Oggi ho ricevuto un’e-mail canzonatorio che dice “Ci sei quasi, completa la tua richiesta in linea “ nell’e-mail c’era un link che NON FUNZIONA!!! Neanche a dirlo, ho fatto il login digitando l’url direttamene, ma niente, sempre lo stesso errore.
Ma da qui la cosa diventa ancora più assurda.
Ho provato con l’app. Ho fatto il login e mi dice che non è possibile inviarmi un SMS di conferma. Ho provato a Inserire il mio numero di telefono dall’App nel caso non avessero Il numero corretto, Ma quando devo selezionare il prefisso internazionale (non è possibile semplicemente scriverlo!!) il prefisso internazionale degli Stati Uniti È SBAGLIATO!
Invece di +1 è +1201. !!! Dove diavolo lo prendano è un mistero. E così NON POSSO proprio usare l’app.
Tutto questo è assurdo, frustrante e una perdita di tempo e di denaro.
Siccome lo SPD mi serve, cercherò di ottenerlo in qualche altro modo e di rifarmi dare i soldi che ho pagato a infocert (Wish me luck!) se riesco a ottenerlo, inserirò l’informazione qui.

Purtroppo nella app quando vuoi aggiungere un cellulare USA il prefisso del paese è sbagliato e quindi la app non si può usare.

Ho installato la nuova versione è non funziona. Dopo avermi chiesto il codice per entrare , rimane bloccata sulla pagina IC. Questo problema lo sto rilevando sul IPHONE, sull’altro telefono con Android non ho problema.
