No support, unable to make a purchase and it download

There is no customer support in terms of actually resolving the issue. Decision Games doesn’t respond or help. I don’t understand why they are not helping customers. ModernWarMagazine should be removed from ModernWarMagazine Store.
I make a purchase and then ModernWarMagazine just spins attempting to deliver the purchase. This happens over and over. I ask for a refund, which Apple does and that is it.
